retain privacy, dignity and independence as far as possible,
irrespective of the residents' physical or mental infirmity.

consult as fully as possible, with residents, relatives and key
stakeholders in order to ensure that the stated aims and objectives
are maintained.
They invest in their staff with robust training that is ongoing to ensure qualified staff are able to meet the assessed needs of their Residents.
