Scarborough House is a small, independent residential care home in Wells-next-the-Sea, North Norfolk, where staff are valued as the foundation of everything the home achieves.
The team is stable, experienced and close-knit — many staff members have been with the home for between ten and twenty-five years. No agency staff are used. Management take a hands-on approach and work alongside the team every day rather than from behind a desk.
Scarborough House invests in its people. NVQ qualifications across the team range from Level 2 to Level 7, supported by regular ongoing training.
