Full induction and training provided for all positions with on-going support.
As well as full time positions, Bank Positions are available at Castleview Care Home. There are 60 staff working within Castleview and Bank Staff are important to them and there is generally always a good number of hours available. Our Bank Staff always have the first option of the shifts available, so basically they are in control of the hours they work through their own availability.
Successful applications will be contacted directly for interview. All positions are subject to satisfactory DBS and reference checks. Bank positions are a recognised pathway into our permanent positions.
