Full theory and practical training is included in the induction along with shadow shifts on the floor alongside their existing care team.
Derwent House Care Home will assist you with your Care Certificate and look at further qualifications you might be interest in such as Dementia Care and NVQ's in Health & Social Care levels 2, 3 & 5.
A Bonus scheme is set up to offer rewards for length of service and no absence, high street vouchers which will boost your monthly earnings. They have money incentives for any additional shifts that are worked.
All applicants will be required to complete a DBS check (Disclosure Barring Service) and must have at least 2 good employment references.
