Care Home Manager

Benslow Care Homes were established in 1982 and have three care homes in the area of Hertfordshire.  Highbury Rise is a residential care home in the idyllic area of Hitchen close to community and transport links.

We are now recruiting a registered home manager to lead our team to provide great care and ensure all quality assurance systems are maintained and action plans actioned accordingly.  You will have good communication skills and demonstrate care and empathy.

You will be a confident coach and mentor to the team and complete supervisions, appraisals and development plans.  You will be open to change and new ways of working and encourage your team to be the same.
