April at Cavendish

As April comes to a close, we’ve been reflecting on some lovely moments here at Cavendish Park Care Home ??

We were delighted to welcome the High Sheriff of Worcestershire, Ian Smith, along with the Mayor of Evesham, John Clatworthy, Mayoress Marion Griffiths and Robert Raphael, who took time out of their busy schedule during their tour of Evesham to visit us. They enjoyed a tour of our home, along with some delicious coffee and cake, and it was wonderful to share how we engage with our local community.

April also brought some sweet seasonal joy, as our residents were surprised with Easter eggs. It was heartwarming to see how such a simple gesture could brighten everyone’s day—reminding us of the importance of creating moments of happiness and connection. Happy Easter from all of us ??

We also enjoyed a lovely trip out with our memory care community, visiting a local garden centre and taking in the spring flowers before heading to a café to relax in the sunshine. A simple but special day filled with fresh air, smiles, and good company ??
