To support residents, relatives and the local community, Barchester’s Rivermead Care Home in Norton is holding a free diabetes talk on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at 2.00 pm which everyone is welcome to join.
Colleagues from Diabetes UK will deliver the talk, discussing a range of topics including diabetes management, healthy lifestyle tips and how to support someone living with the condition. Staff and residents at the home designed this day to provide people with the skills and confidence needed to manage diabetes and to help people thrive for as long as possible. Do come along to find out more.

We are inviting everyone to come along and listen to our free talk to raise awareness of the condition, help give people some information and ways to manage it.
