Celebrating Community Partnership with Cycling Without Age!

It was a pleasure to welcome representatives from Cycling Without Age to a special cheque handover ceremony celebrating a generous £1,000 donation from the Barchester Group. Residents, staff were delighted to be joined by Cycling Without Age lead Mick to mark the occasion and celebrate the home’s continued partnership with the charity, which regularly provides specially adapted trishaw rides for residents. These much-anticipated outings give residents the opportunity to enjoy fresh air, explore the local community and spend meaningful time outdoors, while supporting wellbeing and social connection. Cycling Without Age has become a valued part of life at the home, with volunteers making regular visits that residents always greatly look forward to.
