Celebrating Father’s Day at Darcy Gardens ??

Today we celebrated all the wonderful gentlemen at Darcy Gardens with a small Father’s Day gift as a token of our appreciation. Residents enjoyed a delightful afternoon in the sunshine with croquet on the lawn, refreshing summer solstice mocktails and beautiful flower crowns, bringing plenty of smiles, laughter and friendly competition to the day. It was especially heart warming to see families visiting and sharing Sunday lunch together, creating precious moments and memories with their loved ones. As we celebrated, we reflected on a lovely quote: “A father is someone you look up to, no matter how tall you grow.” Today we honour and thank all dads, grandads, grandpas, stepdads, carers and father figures who have shared their wisdom, strength, kindness and love throughout the years.
