My mum came to the Stella & Harry Freedman Home just over 2 weeks ago and I've never seen her so relaxed and happy. The love and care shown to my mum is out of this world! My mum has mixed dementia and the way that she is looked after is simply wonderful! All the staff are angels. The food is fantastic,
my mum is eating so well! I cannot thank you all from the bottom of my heart, for the way you've welcomed my mum. I love you all, you are all amazing! Jewish care are the best.

I spend a lot of time in my room except for meals and occasional entertainment. Have difficulty with mobility problems. Find staff could be a bit more supportive in asking if we need anything? Feel ok? Maybe a cup of tea? They rarely stop and ask, apart from one or two. Food could be hotter and more
balanced often. Help with personal care in the mornings is very good.

I have been volunteering at Otto Schiff for a couple of years and I have had the pleasure of getting to know the dedicated staff and very special residents.


The care home is warm and welcoming with many activities scheduled each day to keep the residents stimulated and engaged. I have always admired

the kind attention staff member's give the residents with gentle patience and genuine compassion.


The team are wonderful from the greeting as you enter, to the exemplary manager and carers.

The 'facilities', while not extensive, perfectly suit the requirements of the residents as do, I believe,

My mother is happy at Rosetrees and is well cared for. The staff are kind and caring and go out of their way to help.
Unfortunately, due to staffing cuts and inflation, there are fewer activities. The staff have more demands on them as there are fewer staff members to cover the same number of residents
so issues aren’t responded to as timeously as previously.

I moved into Pear's Court at the beginning of April and everyone said it would take me time to settle in.
Well 5 weeks in, I am more or less settled. My husband is in Anita Dorfman Grape Unit with Parkinson's and predementia. He settled quickly and is being well looked after.
I have met a lot of people
(not that I remember names) and not one person hasn't been welcoming.
Facilities are excellent - so many activities - I even get a fabulous weekly blow dry and there is usually a film once a week. Shul services also excellent.
Staff are helpful, patient and have time to say hello.
The new lady is happy!

Above and beyond is the only way I can describe the work ethic, commitment and care from the staff, especially the team leaders at Rosetrees Jewish Care on 2nd floor. dad is very happy and this makes the family content and know he's in the best available care. Clean, tidy, the 2nd floor at Rosetrees
is a lifesaver.

My partner (aged 77/78) has rapidly declining dementia but is relatively young. My worry was that the balance of age being much older that she wouldn't settle. On the contrary, she has linked in so well. They are a family (large) and the home is well run and the staff very supportive. The younger staff
help to bring down the age of the family. The activity staff are especially uplifting. The food is good. The manager knows her job and it shows.

I do not have any complaints about the home. My only concern is the staffing levels in the three years my mother has lived there the staff level has reduced. The staff do an amazing job and I have full faith that they do their best. I feel that due to the staff levels, some jobs just take longer than
they should. Other than that, my mother is very lucky to live there.

My mother went into Kun Mor in July 2021 until her passing on 17th February 2024. In the time she was there, I found everyone very caring and was very happy with the care that she was given. I was always kept informed of any issues and medical problems.

Mum was treated with loving care and dignity whilst living at Kun Mor. Staff knew her extremely well and nothing was too much trouble. Her individual needs were well catered for whilst she shared group activities and entertainment. She enjoyed all the traditional Jewish elements of life there, on top
of this management and all staff supported and considered her family in all decisions. We are glad that we chose Kun Mor at a time when life at home had become impossible for Mum.

Everything about Jack Gardner is outstanding. The manager is exceptional. She runs such an efficient care home. One day I arrived back from a football match at 11 PM and the manager was still in her office working. The next day I saw her start work at 8 AM. My key worker is very caring and very hard-working.
All the staff are really good at their jobs. All three members of the leadership tram run the care home so well. The two chefs always cook great meals. Two housekeepers are brilliant too.
