I am very happy with Sahara Care. My son has been going there since March this year and absolutely loves it and has made a lot of new friends. He enjoys all the indoor and outdoor activities they provide for all the residents. My son looks forward to going there every weekend. The carers look after my son and all the residents very well and the house is kept clean and well maintained. They have been great with keeping me updated on my son and have had a really good experience with all my dealings with them. I would definitely recommend Sahara Care to others. Thank you for looking after my son well whilst in your care.

My brother-in-law has been at Sahara Lodge for over 20-years. He absolutely loves it, and so do we. He is well taken care of, and all his needs are provided, holidays, birthday parties, Christmas entertainment, etc. Couldn't be more happier that he is being taken care of by caring, wonderful staff.

Sahara Parkside is the best place to go for respite. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and the foods cooked here are delicious and fresh, and people love it. To sum it up, Sahara, I will be back soon. God Bless.

I've attended the care home after a year of absence due to Covid restrictions. I am glad to see that all the Government measure are in place and being adhered to. Staff were friendly and explained everything/reassured me how my brother has been doing.

Sahara Parkside has taken the precautions of Covid very well, which I am glad to see. I am happy to see that Sahara home is taking great measurements in making sure that the place is Covid free.

Sahara care home (Sahara Parkside) really work hard to care for and protect my daughter from this Covid-19 pandemic. Every time I have gone to see my brother in Sahara House, he has seemed very happy with the care he receives. The staff have been friendly and very helpful. My brother has been well looked after and is very happy in Sahara.

My brother has been a resident at Sahara Lodge for the past 19 years, in all that time I have not had one complaint, worry or concern. Excellent.

Sahara lodge do a lot for all residents when it comes to their activities, birthdays or other seasonal occasions, just because of the hard-working staff and management who take care.

My sister-in-law has been here for some time now, and whilst I do not often get an opportunity to visit her, I am always struck by how happy she seems. The staff ensure that she is involved in all activities and that she is happy. She is always clean and well dressed, and the staff are thoughtfully and caring.

The staff at the home have been amazing, patient/caring plus transparent. Everything is soo good, and he always looks well.

I am extremely happy with my sisters care. She is always clean and groomed, and is happy. I rarely announce in advance that I am visiting, and I have never had the slightest concern about any aspect of her care. This year with the covid-19 restrictions, I feel all the staff have been more than exemplary dealing with an appalling situation. They are all to be commended. My sister could not be better situated; she is very content there.

Connection with staff regarding looking after my son is very good, they let me know at once if anything needs to be dealt with and my son's priority comes first to my knowledge. Phone calls and medical reviews are up to date.

Whenever I have visited the home I have been quite impressed with the way all the staff adhere to their duties and this shows the due care they take to achieve a high standard of care for all residents. I have personally noticed how well each resident is treated in spite of the various difficulties and disabilities each resident may have. I would say they are very lucky to be a resident at Sahara Lodge.

They provide good facilities and care one would expect.

The staff do a great job looking after my brother. He seems to be very happy at the home. He has a good relationship with the staff and is always smiling when he is in their company. When I visit, the staff look after me well and they are always friendly, making me feel welcome. It sets my mind at rest to know that I can leave my brother in such safe hands.
