Cannot recommend Lyndhurst highly enough.

As soon as I arrived at the Lyndhurst I instinctively knew it was the right place for my mother to move into. Three months down the line and my instincts have proved correct. As a Care Home it does exactly what it says on the tin. Mum gets the best care from the wonderful staff and to her, and her family who visit, it already feels like her home. Thank you!

Mum was a resident at Lyndhurst Residential Home for just over four years. Lyndhurst has a nice homely feel with very friendly and welcoming staff, nothing was too much trouble. She enjoyed taking part in the various activities particularly the baking, flower arranging and pamper days. We were regular visitors over the four years, ocasionally taking our grandchildren and sometimes our dogs. We got to know the staff well and cannot praise them enough. We always felt that Mum was well looked after and in the right place.

The support given to me was also very much appreciated.

Just cannot say enough good praise the team at the Grange. Thanks for looking after our Mum all the way through and the superb care during that time for our Dad. The continuing care is fantastic. Huge thanks.

The Grange Care Home is a beautiful place with an exceptional team. The care staff and team leaders do a wonderful job, and families can rest easy knowing their loved ones are well looked after. Truly can't imagine a better place for my dad.

Excellent care at my 86 year age.

My grandmother has being living at the both the homes by goring care homes. She's is having a fantastic time. The smooth move from one home to another was stress free and very comfortable. She chose to move over to Lyndhurst as a friend of hers had moved in. The company accommodated her request with no issues. A very friendly family feeling home. Can not recommend them enough to care for your loved ones.

Our mum had to move into The Grange after falls at home. We were all really worried about how she'd adjust. But since being at The Grange, it's like she's come back to life, back to her old self.

She's knitting, reading, and sewing again, involved in baking and cooking (she was a chef), doing her favourite things means the world to her. She also loves going out on day trips. She spends time chatting with her new friends there. She's smiling and laughing again, the mum we remember so fondly is right there again.

What's really stood out to us as a family is how happy and comfortable she is. She's clearly so well cared for. It gives us huge peace of mind to know she's in such safe, capable, and genuinely kind hands.

And it's not just Mum who's looked after, every time we visit, we feel welcomed and cared for, too. The staff go above and beyond, and the warmth of The Grange shines through in everything they do.

We're so grateful to everyone there. Thank you for giving us our mum back.

I needed to move my dad to a care home recently after he became unable to live alone, and The Grange couldn't have been a better choice for him to spend his final year. The Grange feels like a real home and I always loved visiting. The building is well maintained and the grounds are lovely, especially the sun terrace overlooking the gardens. I wasn't sure he would enjoy the activities but it turned out he loved to take part, he especially enjoyed visits from animals and trips to the local cafe and was kept very busy. The staff are lovely and many seem to have been there a long time so know all the residents and their needs really well. Thank you so much to The Grange and all the staff for looking after my dad so well and making the most of his last year.

I was so happy to be recommended Lyndhurst Care Home, the minute I stepped in I knew it was the right home for my mum, she was struggling with loneliness, loss of appetite, personal hygiene and not remembering to take her tablets. Mum now doesn't have any of those worries, the home had taken care of all of those, Mum has settled so quickly and is so much happier, all the staff are amazing, they make it feel like home and when I visit I am made to feel so welcome with a lovely cup of tea, delicious cake or biscuit. Mum has joined in with the activities and enjoyed her Zumba class today, I feel a sense of huge relief knowing that Mum is being so well cared for, could not recommend Lyndhurst enough.

The staff often have time to sit and just chat with the residents in the main lounge.

My experience of my mother's care has been generally very good. She has always been encouraged to participate in activities despite her declining health and I have been heartened by the friends she has made who, with all the help from the kind carers, have made her stay there generally very comfortable and supportive. Although I miss her greatly, it has been comforting to know she is being well looked after at The Grange.

My aunt has been at The Grange for a number of years and is very happy and content. The care she receives is exceptional and the staff always have her very best interests at heart, keeping us up to date and informed of any issues. Whenever we visit, the home has been warm, clean and tidy, allowing the residents to move about freely.

The Staff are kind and considerate. The managers are competent and aware of the complex needs of residents. Visiting can be done at any time and it is welcomed, which makes it easy to pop in regularly.

They treat my friend with care, courtesy and professionalism at all times.
