All the staff show compassion, excellent care throughout all of the times my Wife was a resident.
The skills of all staff members is as best it could be.
Every time my Wife used the equipment to ask for assistance in her room She was attended promptly and given sound advice and good council.
The
menu for all meals has plenty of choices, all food was cooked and presented with care.
Her room and ensuite were always cleaned each day and kept neat , clean and tidy .
Threeways was recommended to me by two residents in my road who both had elderly relatives that attended.
I was glad that they did and agree with their positive valuation of the Home.

The staff took time to get to know mum. Communication in the house between staff was excellent. Mum was encouraged to join daily activities and she enjoyed her meals, tea breaks and coffees. Towards the end of mum's life the clinical care was excellent and reassuring.

Both my parents were here. My father passed in April in the home very happily with our family together with him for his last eight days. After searching & viewing some nursing homes I found the Devonshire Care Home & I met with the Matron in 2022.
My wife has since been living permanently in the home & is being well looked after by all the staff. The home is like having a big family together having a good time with organised activities
and live music which is good for brain stimulation & the kitchen provides good healthy food for all residents.
I would like to thank Matron all the nurses, carers & and the activities coordinator for providing the best quality of life within the home. I would like the home to get the best nursing home award soon.

Threeways looked after Mum in the last year of her life at 98. The staff were wonderful, caring, compassionate and kind, always going the extra mile to make each day joyful and upbeat. The home is very clean and tidy, it has a lovely garden and communal space for events. She enjoyed all the varied activities,
trips out with the activity coordinators, and lunch club with the other residents. The nursing staff and carers were exceptional, especially as she aged and became frailer. I cannot thank them enough for the love and care with which they surrounded Mum and us as a family, so that we could visit her every day and be with her right up to the end. Thank you.

My wife has been a resident for over 2 years and I am full of praise and gratitude for the professional nursing care at all levels. There is a warmth and respect mixed with a calm attitude to any crisis. Activities are many and varied and well run, tailored to individual's limitations. I am delighted

Mum came to stay here for E.O.L care from hospital. She was only at the home less than a month before she passed, but the care she received in the home was amazing. The staff all seemed so caring and they did all they could for Mum to make the last of her time comfortable. Even sat with her and painted
her nails even though she was sleeping most of the time. The home was always welcoming to my brother and I when we visited. I even had a situation where I needed help and they were so helpful and made an embarrassing situation less so. All in all I can't recommend this home high enough. Mum passed with care and dignity and respect from the staff.

An amazing nursing home with amazing staff and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My dad became a resident here over a year ago after sustaining a life-changing brain injury in the hospital. The staff are kind, caring and compassionate. Dad is so relaxed and chilled out here, it is truly a home
from home. There is a lovely, relaxed and homely atmosphere. Dad's family can leave Threeways with peace of mind knowing he is receiving the best possible care. Thank you to all the staff.

My mum has been at Threeways for just over a year. She is very well cared for, treated with kindness, respect and dignity and is well looked after. The food choice is great, fresh and appetising. Mum has put on much-needed weight since being there. Staff are kind, caring, polite and communicative and
responsive to her needs and any concerns we have. Threeways is always clean, well-kept and maintained and has lovely gardens. Outings and entertainment are organised regularly. Happy for Mum to be there.

Threeways provide fantastic care for my mum and she is always treated with dignity. The staff and management are always approachable and encourage family members to communicate any issues. Issues are always addressed accordingly. Every couple of months there is a friends and family forum where questions
can be asked and any news can be shared. Food and drink are tailored to the resident's needs and requirements. The staff work hard to put on activities for the residents. There are many activities including bingo and lunch club. We can leave after a visit knowing that my mum will be well looked after and if there are any concerns, they will ring us to discuss. I am so pleased that we chose Threeways to care for my mum.

I am writing a review about my mother's care in Threeways as I cannot fault the care they offer. We are so lucky to have found this nursing home as it fulfils all of my mother's needs. She is in the later stages of Alzheimer's and the nursing staff and carers show great respect for her dignity. She
was very poorly when transferred from the hospital to the home for long term care, but they have nursed her so carefully that her health has improved beyond recognition. The staff are all friendly and welcoming to visitors, and keep the family informed of all her progress and needs. A great relief to us that Mum is so happy and well looked after at this final stage of her life. Thank you Threeways.

Having both my parents residing at the Devonshire Nursing Home, I can only say what an incredible place this is.
The nursing/care is exemplary - every team member we have encountered shows both professionalism and, importantly care and kindness.
Clearly incredibly well led from the top, and communication
and leadership are evident.
The variety of activities organised by the activity coordinator is incredible! She is a true star, and her imagination and dedication know no limits! To see our parents engaging/being actively encouraged to participate is lovely. We know the activity coordinator has won awards - we are not surprised! She uses social platforms and technology to their best - sharing with us the day-to-day activities and sheer fun they have! Dad enjoyed his Boys Day Out last week - including fish and chips! Then this is shared via our phones so we can see and continue to feel part of their lives. We are so grateful - thank you to each and every one of you at the Devonshire Nursing Home!

Unfortunately, Dad's stay at Threeways was all too brief, but he was extremely happy there, and we could not have chosen a better place for him to end his days.
It is genuinely a home filled with love and care. Dad's medical needs were met by the excellent nursing team, and his social and personal
needs were covered by the rest of the staff.
My sister and I, live a distance away but we knew Dad was in safe hands and we knew we could phone whenever we needed to. We spent Dad's last two weeks with him and we as a family were shown compassion, respect and love, at such a sad time, the whole team wrapped us in a big warm hug.
