I visit my friend Janet on a regular basis and Im always impressed by the level of care & attention the staff show. my friend has flourished in the time spent there, residents are stimulated + staff seem to know each resident well ie. favourite songs, past hobbies. All events are celebrated, birthdays, calendar occasions ie. pancake day, Easter, VE day to name just a few. The rooms are always spotless and all staff are friendly and approachable. Overall I'm very impressed & happy that Janet is being taken care of.

Amazing care home , my sister has now been there a year , best care home by far . The staff make you feel so at home when you visit . The activities they do are second to none , The volume of staff is fantastic . The staff are so friendly , you would never know when they are having a bad day , they are all exceptional, the residents are all made to feel very special .

A welcoming and well run care home with a calm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are patient, kind and understanding, and provide good support and care for residents living with dementia. It is reassuring to know that our loved one is treated with dignity and respect and is well looked after. We appreciate the care and support provided to both our loved one and our family.

The staff look after the ladies and gentlemen in their care with good humour and lots of patience. The care home is always doing lots of activities to keep everyone involved.

Amazing care given to our auntie. She has high needs and was welcomed by all. The kind staff even went above and beyond to decorate her room ready for her arrival. She has had so much fun during her respite is already planning her next stay.

Avon manor has taken superb care of my partner's aunt, the home has provided respite support and wonderful personalised care, the team are incredibly professional and couldn't do more to make her feel truly at home.

This is the best place I could wish my mum to be. All the staff are so amazing and caring. Barbie who arranged events is very special. The residents have a better social life than me. My mum has been here for 5 years and there are no bad points to say about Avon Manor. If I am ever poorly I hope to end up here. 5 Staff is not nearly enough.

There is always a lot of activities for residents to get involved in and I'm happy in the knowledge that my mum is very well looked after.

This is such a friendly, happy care home that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone and am so happy that this home was chosen for my dad. He loves the chicks too!

Avon Manor is an excellent care home in every way. The way the staff love and care for the residents is outstanding, always going above and beyond. The activities are amazing with a great variety to keep the residents busy. My aunt is always amazingly looked after when she is on respite here, always has a great time and always eager to return. It's also reassuring to see everything the residents are getting up to on social media too.

We couldn't have found a more friendlier home for mum, Avon House is a place you would want for any member of your family. The staff go above and beyond their duties, nothing is too much trouble, they're so helpful. Very attentive to mum's every need. Would highly recommend this home to anyone, the care is second to none.

It's extremely satisfying to see my mother being cared for and looked after properly. The staff are very attentive and are always available with no time restrictions. I would happily recommend Avon House.

Avon Manor is absolutely the best care home ever. Their care and love for my mum has been outstanding. The staff are wonderful, and I thank our lucky stars that she came to live at Avon Manor.
