is now being taken correctly. There is so much for him to do and lots of amazing people to engage with! The rooms are immaculate, with lots of room. He's made some great new friendships already, they promote his independence so well! The communication from the staff at chilton court to us family members is the best I've ever seen. A special mention to Vicky & Charlotte. The home has a very welcoming atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and helpful, they really couldn't do more for us all. Chilton court also gives a real home feeling as you walk in, it's definitely the best care home I've ever seen. Massive thanks to Chilton court!

this week. From day one through to end-of-life, mum received excellent care from staff who are friendly and thoughtful. They treat all the residents with dignity and genuinely looking out for their needs. As mum entered her final days, it was a comfort to know that she was amongst people she knew and who cared about her.

and changed locations to suit their needs; there is so much choice. Many of the rooms have showers and all have their own ensuite although mum prefers the bath with lots of bubbles! The rooms are cleaned daily. There is a hairdressers on site, a chiropodist visits on a regular basis and recently an optician came. The summer and Christmas parties are a treat and enjoyed by family and friends as well as the residents. Musicians entertain on a regular basis and if weather permits on outside performance is arranged. There are activities most afternoons and the playschool visits. The organiser is first class and even took 15 residents to Felixstowe for a lovely day out. Residents with dementia have plenty of space to walk and are secure in this environment.

welcoming as possible. Vicky has also been super helpful to us too as we navigate this new 'normal'. The independent accommodation is wonderful - giving my parents their own space and independence, whilst having everything they could need or want on hand. Highly recommended.

table is set beautifully in the comfortable 'Tea Lounge' . We have choice of main course and dessert followed by tea or coffee. I have dietary requirements and there are catered for excellently with no fuss. We can't wait to have lunch there again!

that she would be better off living somewhere where she could have security, care and comfort, she did express a wish to continue living in Stowmarket (I do not live in Suffolk) so she could continue contact with her friends. We identified three possible care homes in the town and visited Woodfield Court with Mum to view the facilities and to discuss the moving in process. Woodfield was the one that people had spoken of being the best out of those we viewed. Made welcome on the initial visit, everything was explained to us. Mum's moving in day was hard but staff made her feel welcome and soon put her at ease. Always cheerful, she gets on well with staff, I am happy Mum chose Woodfield Court.

the attention to detail is excellent. Whenever we have had a question the staff have gone out of their way to help and when sad things have happened they have been supportive and caring with their time for my friend. Just above and beyond anything you could ask for. Thank you.

we were immediately aware of what a thoughtful and caring bunch of people they are. Woodfield Court gave us a special treat in allowing us to have Christmas lunch with mum; it was quite touching... so touching, that mum tearfully told us she loves it here, and she didn’t want to go home. So she stayed; Now 6 months on and she still loves it there.
It’s the staff that make Woodfield Court special; Always smiling, and nothing seems too much trouble. My mother loves the vast array of daily activities and is often tired but never bored. I’ve never had anything to do with care homes until now so feel unable to compare, but couldn’t wish for a better one.
