Care Homes Owned by Bradwell Hall Nursing Home Ltd

My husband has been in Woodview for about 16 months now. He has received excellent care throughout. The staff are always there for him and he is always clean and tidy. He has 1to1 care in the day time. I visit most days and the level of care is always excellent. The meals are nutritious and there is always a choice of mains. The home is very clean. Every day a member of the cleaning team gives his room a clean. There is always some sort of entertainment on for the residents which includes craft and games, outside entertainers and visits from animals. For the residents to pet. The staff never stop. There is always a member of the management team to talk to if needed. I'm so glad I chose Woodview for my husbands care. I can go home and sleep sound because I know he's in excellent hands.

My dad currently resides at wood veiw care home there is plenty of staff which is great to see and very friendly i can see he is really looked after with his care needs they do plenty activeites for them to stimulate them lovely gardens for them to walk around and the food is really good its where i would go hopefully when im older

My grandma was totally let down by this home by the lack of proper care and management. Often left up to 4 hours in wet or soiled pads , food left out of reach when they knew she required support . Had it not been for us as a family she would have been left unattended with the home knowing of her needs. The amount of money paid does not reflect the care received by her . My grandma passed way in February no one from the home sent condolences or attended her funeral . How this place got got an outstanding from the QCC is beyond me they need to go again unannounced they would then see the reality of this place . While you're visiting it's all very nice but once you leave who knows what goes on . Some staff were nice and obviously care but they are very sadly let down by the poor management side .

My husband went into Bradwelll after a 3 week stay in Royal Stoke for bed assessment programme on 5th May 2026. Absolutely shocking. No care. No cleanliness. Husband would not eat or drink. He had several falls whilst under their care and in one instance he lay on the floor (13th May 2026) awaiting an ambulance to come for two hours. The carer informed me that there had been an almight sound as he fell. He was not admitted to hospital. The staff are not trained to deal with Parkinsons/dementia patients. Left this dismal place on 19th June 2026. After being in another Care Home he has gained weight and is much more stable. Avoid at any cost.

Mum has been at Woodview now for around 4 months, she was moved from Bradwell hall as her behaviour was becoming more challenging and unpredictable. Mum has settled in really well, the staff are patient and have taken the time to get to know her and there is a feeling that they really do care. The bedrooms could do with a facelift and some areas are tired, but the staff really do make the difference and the care is exemplary. Family always feel welcomed and they regularly request feedback.

I wanted to record that during my visit on Friday 31st July how impressed I was with all of the staff on Willow Garden. Although I was visiting my wife I did observe the interaction of the staff with both her and other residents. I believe that the attitude and commitment to residents was exemplary and the home should be very proud of them.

All the staff were so caring. They were always checking on us to see if we were ok. The home always had a very calm friendly feeling. I would recommend this home to anyone. The only negative is the room my dad was in could have done with a repaint but that is the on criticism

One is always greeted with a smile. All staff are very helpful indeed with politeness. They are always on hand to answer any questions regarding our loved ones. The corridors are decked with pictures old and new of residents and colourful flowers along the way. It is certainly the care it is called Trentham Home!

The level of care, compassion and dignity shown to both mum and us were outstanding. Every member of staff went above and beyond making a very difficult time as easy as they could, at every point. The team was excellent and thoughtful throughout. The home was warm and friendly, with a smile from everyone whits being calm and efficient. We recommend Bradwell Hall without hesitation. Thankyou so much = one big family!

Mum is very comfortable and happy at Trentham House. She enjoys the interaction with various staff members and other residents. Her health is carefully monitored and timely action taken when necessary. She spends much of her day sleeping but this indicates she feels secure and safe. She has embraced the experience of having to do nothing for herself and no longer feels the day to day pressures of life. Trentham House has been a great choice for mums elderly care needs.

My uncle was resident for 18 months. The care he recieved from the frontline team was fantastic - 100%. Some lovely people who really do 'care' work hard in difficult circumstances for long shifts and deserve every plaudit. What disappointed me was that when my uncle died - having spent close to £100k on fees - the family didn't even get a condolence card from the owners/senior managers. Nothing. And when we went to empty his room a couple of days after he passed, a cleaner had already been instructed to get the room cleared. It was poor and it was cold. The walls are plastered with positive messages, uplifting quotes and feelgood memes that sell you on the idea that your relative is part of a family at this care home - and you too. But that kind of stuff starts to look like window dressing when your actions at crucial moments fall so far short of the standards you purport to set. The frontline staff were fanatstic, sadly let down by their superiors.

My mum first came to Trentham House care home, from hospital, and she was really poorly. Through the high care standards, compassion and love,shown by the staff, my mum has thrived and is really comfortable. We cannot thank the wonderful staff enough for all the wonderful care they have given Mum while she has lived in the home. As a family, we are so happy to see mum settled. She is always well presented. The food and cleanliness is top notch. All the staff I have encountered during my visits are welcoming and sincere. Thank you.

Frank my friend came to Trentham House he was very nervous for such a big change in his life. Unfortunately he was only at the home for 8 wks but during this time he went back to hospital twice then eventually he went back for his final 10 days. He sadly passed away 10th Nov. I wanted Frank back at the home for his final days as I knew he was so well cared for and in a lovely environment surrounded by lovely caring staff. His last hours his caring was with such dignity and thoughts for myself and family. I looked after Frank shopping organising carers etc for 13 yrs and I wanted a home that could look after him the way I did and thats what Trentham House did for Frank and myself. Thank you all so much.

Excellent right up to the very end. Made my mum feel at home caring fun and overall brilliant. Looked after me and my sister, daughter and grandson at the end. My mum enjoyed it there so much. Would reckonmend this care home to anyone who was looking for a care home.

Trentham House Care Home are an excellent care home, the carers and nurses treat the residents with care, compassion and love. The office, kitchen staff and entertainment are excellent. My mother passed away and not only did they treat her with dignity, care and love, they also cared for my brother, niece and myself who stayed at my mum's side over the last few days. We couldn't have asked for anything more. A truly dedicated care home, to their residents and families.
