My late mother was resident at The Angela Grace Care Centre for 3.5 years.

Before becoming a resident, we looked at a number of places in and around Northampton. The Angela Grace stood out from all of these centres. The Centre's manager could not have been more welcoming, open and flexible regarding our circumstances and the Centre itself mirrored that reception through its cleanliness, attentive staff and air of an hotel rather than perhaps what people's traditional view of a nursing home might be.

Our initial favourable impressions were exceeded during my mother's stay there. The attitude and care of the staff reflected that of the manager which, in my opinion and experience of many other service centres, is not easily or often done. Looking back, it felt extremely familiar and personal with every member of staff genuinely caring for the residents and their wellbeing. Their reactions and affection for her and our loss on her death will stay with me always.

I need not have worried; she was welcomed into the Angela Grace (as were we, the family) and treated with kindness and compassion from the start. Quite simply, Angela Grace is the best care home we have ever seen! I and my son are both Occupational Therapists and so we have seen a few in our time. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for how well our Dad/Grandfather/ Husband was treated by yourselves. Your Managers, care staff and nursing staff were all exceptional from beginning to end 5 months later. My father had the best death possible. That is due to the meticulous attention to detail, the compassion and the collaborative work with external agencies and your years of experience of a family run nursing home. We just keep saying how extraordinarily lucky we and my father were, that you had a vacancy when you did. For the first time in 3 years, we could finally relax knowing he had the best expert team around him and a lovely, rich range of activities he could experience. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. You are the gold standard.

My mum has been at Brockfield House now for quite some time. For the first time in many hard worrying years with mum we as a family can relax, knowing she is the best hands possible. I can not give enough thanks to the wonderful staff there. The nurses that contact me immediately when something is wrong .. they are caring and professional at all times. The manager who makes you relaxed when you first go there, as it is all daunting. Now my mum wants to go home to Brockfield whenever we go out.. that is a testament to them, her calling it home.. I thank the staff from the bottom of my heart for all of their hard work. Thank you so much.

I have very little experience of care homes, apart from reading about them in the media, until my wife's health deteriorated and she needed full time care that I could not provide. We were very lucky to get in touch with Angela Grace, who had a vacancy at that time. I cannot praise them enough for the excellency of their caring staff, their nursing skills and unlimited patience with the vulnerable people in their charge. I can go home at night, secure in the knowledge that my wife is getting the best care and attention that can be provided. They have both mine and my families thanks.

I cannot praise this home highly enough. All the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. It is always easy to find nursing staff who are totally dedicated to their patients and work and always respond to questions and requests.

The Angela Grace is a very well equipped, exceptionally staffed care facility, where the carers go the extra mile to ensure that patients are provided with the very best of care. Situated in the heart of Northampton town center, the Angela Grace provides exceptional food and nutrition, personal care, and activities. The interior of the Angela Grace is modern, clean, and well maintained. My mother has been provided with wonderful care, and we know the care staff on a first name basis. Carers are friendly and kind. Rooms can be personalized for individual patients to make it feel more homely. I cannot recommend The Angela Grace enough!

We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and support our Mum has received since her discharge from Northampton General Hospital/Spinneyfields into the caring hands of Angela Grace. The staff and nurses are not only professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet Mum's care needs. This is very evident from the empathy and kindness exhibited by the staff. She is treated with with the utmost respect and dignity, and dignity is such an important thing for someone who is afraid, confused and anxious. The quality of the food is excellent and well-balanced, and the dining area is a delightful space. Each bedroom is equipped with all necessary support items, and Angela Grace encourages personalisation, allowing residents to make their space feel like home with photos and even furniture. The facilities are impeccably maintained. Additionally, the activities team at Angela Grace are exceptional, offering a diverse range of events that keep residents engaged and entertained, with memorable celebrations such as St. Patrick's Day, Easter and VE Day. As a family, we have always felt included and welcomed, never as if we were a burden, but rather as part of the Angela Grace family.

My father-in-law has lived at Angela Grace for 18 months now. The home is wonderful and the staff are so kind and caring. He is so content living there and whereas if we were busy with work before him moving there and couldn't visit we'd panic we don't now as we know that the staff will be looking after him. The management are super and always say hello when they see you. They know every resident by name and their needs. I would thoroughly recommend it if anyone is looking for a care home.
