The Angela Grace Care Centre is a family-run care home based in the heart of Northampton, offering a range of tailored care packages in a high-quality homely environment.

The home consists of a variety of spacious and cosy rooms and suites laid out over four floors, each with en-suite facilities, television and telephone points, and residents are strongly encouraged to personalise their room with their own furniture.

I cannot praise this home highly enough. All the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help. It is always easy to find nursing staff who are totally dedicated to their patients and work and always respond to questions and requests.

My father has previously been in 2 nursing homes. So we now have some experience to make comparisons with. Yours is by far the best, on many levels. Firstly, your range of activities is superb. My father has the option of 2 different activities every day (previously it was 1 a month). Secondly, your
staffing levels are high and your staff are of the highest calibre. Thirdly, it is very simple to communicate with the nursing staff, who've been at AG for years. Fourthly, AG is like a 5-star hotel! 5) The standard of nursing care is exceptionally high. 6) The cleaninless is excellent!

The Angela Grace is a very well equipped, exceptionally staffed care facility, where the carers go the extra mile to ensure that patients are provided with the very best of care. Situated in the heart of Northampton town center, the Angela Grace provides exceptional food and nutrition, personal care,
and activities. The interior of the Angela Grace is modern, clean, and well maintained. My mother has been provided with wonderful care, and we know the care staff on a first name basis. Carers are friendly and kind. Rooms can be personalized for individual patients to make it feel more homely. I cannot recommend The Angela Grace enough!

We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and support our Mum has received since her discharge from Northampton General Hospital/Spinneyfields into the caring hands of Angela Grace. The staff and nurses are not only professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond
to meet Mum's care needs. This is very evident from the empathy and kindness exhibited by the staff. She is treated with with the utmost respect and dignity, and dignity is such an important thing for someone who is afraid, confused and anxious. The quality of the food is excellent and well-balanced, and the dining area is a delightful space. Each bedroom is equipped with all necessary support items, and Angela Grace encourages personalisation, allowing residents to make their space feel like home with photos and even furniture. The facilities are impeccably maintained. Additionally, the activities team at Angela Grace are exceptional, offering a diverse range of events that keep residents engaged and entertained, with memorable celebrations such as St. Patrick's Day, Easter and VE Day. As a family, we have always felt included and welcomed, never as if we were a burden, but rather as part of the Angela Grace family.

My father-in-law has lived at Angela Grace for 18 months now. The home is wonderful and the staff are so kind and caring. He is so content living there and whereas if we were busy with work before him moving there and couldn't visit we'd panic we don't now as we know that the staff will be looking after
him. The management are super and always say hello when they see you. They know every resident by name and their needs. I would thoroughly recommend it if anyone is looking for a care home.

The care my mum has received since March 2024 has been incredible.
The staff at all levels are caring, cheerful, hardworking, respectful, professional and polite.
Feels like we belong to another family here at Angela Grace.
It is a comfort to know Mum is being so well looked after.
This has been
a huge change in our family circumstances, but the staff have helped Dad and I adapt and always ask how we are too.
Mum's weight has increased and enjoys the hot meals prepared daily.
We feel very lucky for Mum to be at Angela Grace.

From the very first day of my mother staying at Angela Grace I felt at home, everyone was so kind, helpful and understanding. The transition for Mum leaving home and becoming a full-time resident was a smooth and friendly time. Understanding her needs, and her quality of life with keeping her dignity
and self-respect intact.
Mum has been here for over a year now and she is very happy, I feel at home every time I visit. I love all the staff who care for Mum and I feel at peace knowing she's safe and happy.

My first impression of The Angela Grace Care Centre was the smiley faces of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This positive attitude extended towards the acre of my husband, who has a brain tumour, which means he can be very mad and aggressive at times. He is still always treated with
respect and is well cared for. The manager and her team are also very hands-on in his care and in talking to him and the nurses keep me informed as to how he is progressing. The activities team also provide added value in keeping the residents occupied. I feel he is getting very good care there.

My Mum moved to The Angela Grace in July 2024, from their sister facility, and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the day Mum arrived, all of the staff have been so friendly and caring and have taken such trouble to get to know Mum, so that the very highest standard of personalised
care can be offered. As a family, we are so very grateful for the great care that is taken of Mum. We can see that our Mum is happy and settled, she loves being sociable and seeing everyone, so the large number of daily activities that are offered are ideal, and Mum loves being included and joining in with everything. We cannot thank everyone at The Angela Grace enough, for making Mum, and my Sister and I so welcome. The home is always immaculate and well-run, and we can see that Mum is safe, happy and well-cared for. This is a huge relief to us and makes what can be a difficult situation, that bit easier. My dad moved into Angela Grace in December 2023. 2023 was a very stressful time for my dad, he had been in hospital, all over the place and then moved out of the area he lived, he found himself at another home, a great place however, not suitable for my dad's changing needs and it was not in his hometown.
I was advised to investigate Angela Grace for Dad, I did and the manager from Angela Grace was very helpful in getting the transfer finally completed. This was not an easy task.
The right level of care is very important as I am not around to help him. The team make sure my dad has that right level of care, the home is lovely.
For me the bits that really stand out are, cleanliness, communication with me, all my dad's needs being taken care of, finally the team, whatever the role someone carries out, they are so professional. My dad is happy, I know as when I am with him, I can tell. Well done and my thanks to all the team at Angela Grace.

My mother was recently moved to this care home and I am so impressed with the care she receives. The staff are very attentive and they always available if you there are any concerns. My mother has been living in Angela Grace for over 3 years now. Constantly cleaning on all floors with a team of cleaners. Laundry staff are very good too. The residents are always dressed well and clean. The staff know all the residents very well. Very good team in place. We are very happy with Angela
