I need not have worried; she was welcomed into the Angela Grace (as were we, the family) and treated with kindness and compassion from the start. I couldn't be more pleased with her care to date and and am more than happy to have moved her here. We are always made to feel welcome (in fact, I feel like one of the family) and staff are happy to discuss care and next steps. It is a lovely place and we feel very lucky to have found you. Thank you all for everything that you do.
We understand how difficult and emotional the decision to move a loved one can be, especially when they have been receiving excellent care elsewhere. We are pleased to hear that both your mother and yourself felt...
Angela Grace home for the last two years.
The staff are always welcoming, kind & respectful.
On my recent visit to Mum an Activity staff member informed me that they had taken Mum & another resident out for a walk to a local coffee shop. She enjoyed a second portion of chocolate cake. Clearly they know how to up lift their residents & have the experience to make their day special.
Thankyou so much. Overall the home is kept to a high standard.
We are so happy to hear that your mum enjoyed her outing to the local coffee shop and especially her extra portion of chocolate cake! Our team is passionate about creating meaningful moments and helping residents enjoy...
Quite simply, Angela Grace is the best care home we have ever seen! I and my son are both Occupational Therapists and so we have seen a few in our time. Words cannot adequately express our gratitude for how well our Dad/Grandfather/ Husband was treated by yourselves. Your Managers, care staff and nursing staff were all exceptional from beginning to end 5 months later. My father had the best death possible. That is due to the meticulous attention to detail, the compassion and the collaborative work with external agencies and your years of experience of a family run nursing home. We just keep saying how extraordinarily lucky we and my father were, that you had a vacancy when you did. For the first time in 3 years, we could finally relax knowing he had the best expert team around him and a lovely, rich range of activities he could experience. Thankyou from the bottom of our hearts. You are the gold standard.
We are deeply grateful for the trust you and your family placed in us during such an important and emotional time. Knowing that he was...
I have very little experience of care homes, apart from reading about them in the media, until my wife's health deteriorated and she needed full time care that I could not provide. We were very lucky to get in touch with Angela Grace, who had a vacancy at that time. I cannot praise them enough for the excellency of their caring staff, their nursing skills and unlimited patience with the vulnerable people in their charge. I can go home at night, secure in the knowledge that my wife is getting the best care and attention that can be provided. They have both mine and my families thanks.

The Angela Grace is a very well equipped, exceptionally staffed care facility, where the carers go the extra mile to ensure that patients are provided with the very best of care. Situated in the heart of Northampton town center, the Angela Grace provides exceptional food and nutrition, personal care, and activities. The interior of the Angela Grace is modern, clean, and well maintained. My mother has been provided with wonderful care, and we know the care staff on a first name basis. Carers are friendly and kind. Rooms can be personalized for individual patients to make it feel more homely. I cannot recommend The Angela Grace enough!

Thank you for taking the time to share your positive experience with us. We are delighted to know that our staff members exceeded your expectations! Your kind words mean the world to us, and we can't wait to share your compliments with them.
We are truly grateful for the outstanding care and support our Mum has received since her discharge from Northampton General Hospital/Spinneyfields into the caring hands of Angela Grace. The staff and nurses are not only professional, but also incredibly kind and attentive, always going above and beyond to meet Mum's care needs. This is very evident from the empathy and kindness exhibited by the staff. She is treated with with the utmost respect and dignity, and dignity is such an important thing for someone who is afraid, confused and anxious. The quality of the food is excellent and well-balanced, and the dining area is a delightful space. Each bedroom is equipped with all necessary support items, and Angela Grace encourages personalisation, allowing residents to make their space feel like home with photos and even furniture. The facilities are impeccably maintained. Additionally, the activities team at Angela Grace are exceptional, offering a diverse range of events that keep residents engaged and entertained, with memorable celebrations such as St. Patrick's Day, Easter and VE Day. As a family, we have always felt included and welcomed, never as if we were a burden, but rather as part of the Angela Grace family.

Absolutely brilliant care, couldn't ask for any more for what they did for my father who had a stroke, I'm so grateful. I would highly recommend. I have had no worries as I know he was being looked after. So a big thank you to all xx
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly grateful for your trust in us. It means a lot to know that you felt your father was well cared for and supported. We'll be sure to pass on your thanks to the whole team - they'll be touched to hear how much it meant. Wishing your father continued recovery, and thank you again for your heartfelt recommendation.
My father-in-law has lived at Angela Grace for 18 months now. The home is wonderful and the staff are so kind and caring. He is so content living there and whereas if we were busy with work before him moving there and couldn't visit we'd panic we don't now as we know that the staff will be looking after him. The management are super and always say hello when they see you. They know every resident by name and their needs. I would thoroughly recommend it if anyone is looking for a care home.
That's wonderful to hear! It sounds like Angela Grace is such a warm and caring place, and it must bring so much peace of mind knowing your father-in-law is in such good hands. It's truly reassuring to have such attentive staff and management who really care about the residents. Thank you for...
The staff at all levels are caring, cheerful, hardworking, respectful, professional and polite.
Feels like we belong to another family here at Angela Grace.
It is a comfort to know Mum is being so well looked after.
This has been a huge change in our family circumstances, but the staff have helped Dad and I adapt and always ask how we are too.
Mum's weight has increased and enjoys the hot meals prepared daily.
We feel very lucky for Mum to be at Angela Grace.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are truly touched by your kind words. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure that everyone receives the best care possible, so it's heartwarming to hear that your mum is thriving and enjoying her meals and that you and your family feel supported here...
Mum has been here for over a year now and she is very happy, I feel at home every time I visit. I love all the staff who care for Mum and I feel at peace knowing she's safe and happy.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're truly grateful to hear that both you and your mum have felt at home with us. It's our privilege to provide care that ensures dignity and comfort. Your trust and appreciation mean a lot to our team.
My first impression of The Angela Grace Care Centre was the smiley faces of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. This positive attitude extended towards the acre of my husband, who has a brain tumour, which means he can be very mad and aggressive at times. He is still always treated with respect and is well cared for. The manager and her team are also very hands-on in his care and in talking to him and the nurses keep me informed as to how he is progressing. The activities team also provide added value in keeping the residents occupied. I feel he is getting very good care there.
Thank you for sharing your experience at The Angela Grace Care Centre. It's heartwarming to hear that your husband is surrounded by our compassionate and dedicated staff, especially with the challenges you're both facing. We can imagine how much comfort it brings knowing that he's being cared for...
Mum moved here the beginning of July and everyone has made her, and us, feel most welcome. All the staff are friendly, caring and full of smiles. Everywhere is clean and there is plenty to do for residents with activities which are thoughtful and varied. Mum has settled wonderfully and is happy, so we as a family are too in knowing that she is safe, comfortable and respected. Thank you to all.
My Mum moved to The Angela Grace in July 2024, from their sister facility, and we really couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the day Mum arrived, all of the staff have been so friendly and caring and have taken such trouble to get to know Mum, so that the very highest standard of personalised care can be offered. As a family, we are so very grateful for the great care that is taken of Mum. We can see that our Mum is happy and settled, she loves being sociable and seeing everyone, so the large number of daily activities that are offered are ideal, and Mum loves being included and joining in with everything. We cannot thank everyone at The Angela Grace enough, for making Mum, and my Sister and I so welcome. The home is always immaculate and well-run, and we can see that Mum is safe, happy and well-cared for. This is a huge relief to us and makes what can be a difficult situation, that bit easier. Thank you!
The right level of care is very important as I am not around to help him. The team make sure my dad has that right level of care, the home is lovely.
For me the bits that really stand out are, cleanliness, communication with me, all my dad's needs being taken care of, finally the team, whatever the role someone carries out, they are so professional. My dad is happy, I know as when I am with him, I can tell. Well done and my thanks to all the team at Angela Grace.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. We're thrilled to hear that your dad is happy and well cared for at Angela Grace. It means a lot to us to know that our team's dedication and professionalism have made a positive difference for both you and your dad. We'll continue to ensure he receives the best care possible. Thanks again for your kind words!
My mother was recently moved to this care home and I am so impressed with the care she receives. The staff are very attentive and they always available if you there are any concerns. The rooms are lovely, bright and clean. I am kept updated of any changes in her car plan and I feel very reassured that she is being well looked after. A huge thank you.
