The Angela Grace Care Centre

I couldn’t be more grateful to the staff at The Angela Grace for the wonderful care they took of my mother for the three months she was a resident. The dedicated nurses and carers were extremely attentive and did everything they could to keep her clean, comfortable and happy. My mother enjoyed her time there, thanks entirely to the care provided by The Angela Grace. Truly the prestige of Northampton care homes. I will be forever grateful that my mother was able to die with dignity in surroundings that she loved.

I am incredibly grateful to the superb staff at The Angela Grace for their fantastic care of my mum over the last few months. They have given her back her dignity again.

I feel that anyone staying in the Angela Grace Care Centre would have excellent care and attention. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are very dedicated to the patients in their care. With regard to cleanliness, this is exceptional.

My friend feels safe and happy. She is very well looked after and the staff are really caring.

What stands out is how engaged and committed all staff members are to delivering high-quality care. All staff introduce themselves and are willing to help at any moment. Very impressive!

My mother was transferred to the Angela Grace Care Centre from hospital for end of life care in August. As I live in Devon, my visits are infrequent due to distance. The care/support my mother is receiving is second to none. I cannot praise the centre enough for their dedication and care. My mother is 99 years old and very frail but I and my family can leave without worrying, just knowing she is being well looked after.

They also cared for me and the family.

The regular staff, on the whole, are very good with particularly helpful carers; some agency staff were difficult and unhelpful. The standard of food was generally good and wholesome, however as a coeliac and diabetic who was there for a few weeks the food was quite monotonous with a lack of fresh vegetables, despite the kitchen staff being very helpful. When I was discharged I was given a large bag of medicines, no explanation; most of the drugs had multiple boxes of the same drug which caused problems for the carers when I got home.

Absolutely marvellous. Everything - the help, the people.

In for care (new knee) as I am widowed. All staff are excellent and facilities. The food is so good I have put on a bit of weight. I am very pleased.

The staff and care are faultless. My gran is very happy here.

The ensuite rooms are beautiful, (home from home) and the staff were lovely, especially the physio who quite literally got me back on my feet. I can't recommend The Angela Grace enough.

Couldn't have asked for a better care home to look after my Nan in her final years. The residents are treated with care and dignity. The nurses and carers are exceptional and go above and beyond. The love and care I received as my Nan was in her final days was astounding. I can't thank the nurses, carers and management enough.
