Excellent all round care and treatment from all staff.

This is a lovely home and my aunt is so well cared for.

My husband is cared for exceptionally well. He has severe dementia and Alzheimers as well as Parkinson's so he needs a great deal of care. He has difficulty swallowing so is on a pureed diet which is varied and he seems to enjoy. The staff take great care feeding him and take time to ensure he eats and drinks well. He is immobile so has to be moved regularly to avoid pressure sores and in the 27 months he has been there, he has never had any sores. Staff are kind and caring and well trained and the home is under very good management.

The support and care has been outstanding.l My Mum is benefiting enormously from the excellent physiotherapy, care, good food and superb accommodation.

My mother has been treated with dignity and respect by kind and considerate carers. The family are always made to feel welcome and at home.

Although mum is now no longer able to identify her place or where she is, I feel confident that she is now in the best possible environment for her needs to be fulfilled.

My mother was transferred to The Angela Grace Care Centre from the hospital for rehabilitation care. During her stay (approx 3 months) she had the best of care from each of the professional services and all the care staff. Everyone was so cheerful and thoughtful. They were genuinely caring, showed great empathy and were constantly encouraging. When my mother suffered a stroke they acted with speed. I cannot praise them enough.

My aunt is really well cared for at this home. The staff are respectful and are kind. The food is excellent and there is a lot of entertainment during the day. Cannot fault it one bit thank you to staff.

My husband has been in this care home for many weeks. He started to improve almost immediately as the standard of care is excellent. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff whatever they need to do they do it with good humour, encouragement and care. Any problem, however slight, was sorted out quickly and without any fuss. The food is also very good. My husband needed dressings and these were done expertly, with care and his wounds improved greatly during the time he was there.

We were not able to visit often due to distance. We are pleased with the standard of the building, rooms and communal areas. Although they did not know when we would appear, we never found anything to complain about. The staff are very caring, gentle kind and smiling which was just what you needed to see. They are calm even in the most trying of times. I saw evidence of valentines day decorations on one of our visits so it seems any excuse for a "do" is celebrated to keep up interest.

The care given by The Angela Grace Care Centre to my husband over the past twelve months has been excellent. All his care needs both physical and mental have been met by the caring and compassionate staff. We as a family have been treated with great kindness and friendship. It has been a privilege to have our relative here and we can not praise the care given enough.

My mother is 92 years old and has advanced dementia and needs 24-hour nursing care. She became a resident at Angela Grace in February 2016. She is well cared for, the staff are kind and treat mum with dignity and respect. Angela Grace is a fairly new building, with comfortable lounges and dining areas. Mum's room has an en suite and she is able to have personal items in her room. The food is very good and cooked on site. Activities are provided regularly by excellent activities staff.
