The rooms are lovely and well-decorated.

My mother has been living in Angela Grace for over 3 years now. Constantly cleaning on all floors with a team of cleaners. Laundry staff are very good too. The residents are always dressed well and clean. The staff know all the residents very well. Very good team in place. We are very happy with Angela Grace.

When I first visited there the cleanliness was the thing I noticed and that's never changed, then my husband moved in and the staff care for them so much, I know he's very well looked after, I don't have any concerns if I need to go away I know I'd get a call if anything was wrong, it's like my second home now and I feel very welcome, and thank you to all the staff who work at The Angela Grace.

When I leave my husband after visiting I feel assured that I have left him in very capable hands. The home is very clean and bright. The staff make it their business to know your name and are always smiling. The manager is always very approachable and kind. The nurses constantly keep you informed of any medical issues as soon as they happen. Relative meetings plus care plan reviews are very useful. The activities team are superb and provide very interesting daily activities 7 days a week. They put a lot of effort into providing themed activities. Food is very good and there is always the option of joining my husband for a meal for a small charge. My granddaughter, who is eight years old, commented that she liked the staff very much as they were all very kind and caring to Grandad and to her and they were all very smiley, what more do you want for your loved one? It says it all. I feel very lucky to have him in Angela Grace! Would thoroughly recommend it.

The carers are very professional and keep me updated about my brother's care plan and when he needs personal items. The staff are very caring, warm and compassionate. The home is welcoming and offers a pleasant home environment.

My mother had experienced two different residential homes prior to her joining Angela Grace Centre. Her prognosis was very poor after she left the hospital; she was deemed ‘end of life’. The level of care, positive attention, compassion, consistency and empowerment provided to my mother has led her to be alive still after 2 years. All staff are genuinely cheerful and welcoming every time we visit. Reviews for my mother are regular and inclusive. Provision for the needs of my mother’s religious beliefs are met fully, and we are truly grateful.

I visit my very elderly mother more or less daily. The staff are always warm, friendly and very approachable. My mother's behaviour can sometimes be challenging, but they care for her with a high degree of professionalism, understanding and compassion. The cleanliness of the home is impeccable. I honestly couldn't find anything to be critical of.

I visit this home on a weekly basis and it is always such a pleasure. The staff are always friendly and smiling, you can really see that they love what they do. They know all of their residents by name and their individual needs. The personal care everyone receives is amazing! The standards in this home are impeccable. The cleanliness is of the highest standard. If I had to have a relative in home, it would be this one!

The lead nurse is proactive when Dad appears to be unwell and seeks medical attention and keeps us up to date. The carers are warm and compassionate. Dad's personal care needs are high now (he requires extra skincare to avoid very dry skin and pressure sores) and he is cared for with dignity and professionalism.

My mother became a resident in Dec 2023, since when she has received the best level of care I could have hoped for. All the staff are caring and attentive, with a happy and positive approach. The home is spotlessly clean and very well. It’s so reassuring to know that my mum is getting the best care possible.

Two months have passed since my sister moved here. I can not thank the care staff, entertainment team, nurses and manager enough for the time and care taken to help her settle well and have the support she needs.

My wife has been at The Angela Grace for 2 years + and has had great care. The whole team work as one. They all help each other. They’re friendly and welcoming, well-trained and well-managed. In fact, all aspects of the home are well managed. There are regular Relatives Meetings to keep you updated. Management is always ready to answer questions. There’s a good atmosphere in the home. All residents are treated with patience, respect and compassion. The nurses and carers have a real connection with their residents. The home is always spotlessly clean and well-maintained. There are varied daily activities arranged by a dedicated activities team. Some are group-based and others are 1:1. Meals and snacks are well-prepared & nutritious. Medication is well managed. There’s always enough qualified nurses on duty. They give regular updates to relatives and have regular contact with the impressive local medical practice. I am very pleased my wife is being cared for at The Angela Grace.

When visiting the home I have found it to have a positive feel with helpful staff and lots of activities for the residents. It is also clean and bright and the food provided to my mother is excellent and beautifully presented.

All staff are very friendly to the resident and the family of the resident. The Angel Grace is exceptionally clean and welcoming. It's run with efficiency and professionalism. They always make time to answer a query. I feel my mum is in a very safe and trustworthy environment.

I cannot thank the team at the Angela Grace Care Home enough for the care they provided my mum in her final days and the support they gave me. My mum had been at 2 previous care homes before moving into the Angela Grace and the care and facilities at the Angela Grace were head and shoulders over the rest. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent standard of care. Staff go above and beyond to ensure that the residents are treated with the utmost care and dignity. Services and amenities are of an incredibly high standard. Without a doubt, an outstanding nursing care facility.

My mum spent just over a week at The Angela Grace Care Centre to receive end-of-life care. We cannot thank all at the care centre who took care of Mum and us. Every single person we come into contact with carried out Mum's care with compassion and professionalism. The atmosphere in The Angela Grace Care Centre is something to behold with friendliness and teamwork is evident from day 1. When Mum passed they took care of us and supported us at a difficult time.

I find the staff helpful and respectful. Nothing is too much trouble. The facility is very clean and well-managed. We have been very impressed, more to the point the resident has told us how well he's been treated and cared for. Thank you all.
