My mum has settled in very quickly I feel, this is all down to the company and the care she's experiencing. The staff, without exception have all been kind and helpful to me as well and they seem to care for everyone with a good mixture of compassion and humour. The home is always clean and the food seems very good or so I'm told! Thank you all for everything you do!

No one wants to find their mum having to stay in a care home, but, now that has happened, I can't think of anywhere better! The staff, without exception, are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Mum is settling in well, she has made friends and loves the various activities - the pony was a huge hit with mum and her friends. I can sleep well knowing she is receiving the best care and is safe.

The food is amazing especialy the breakfast. I enjoy s full English every morning which sets me up for the day. I can get up when I want its like home from home but better because my meals are cooked for me, which is outstaning

I can not fault the staff here in anyway went above and beyond to assist us and mum with the settling of mum into respite care. It happened swiftly and smoothly. The support for the whole family at this tough time was emense. Mum is returning home today but she will be back to visit she has made friends that she will miss. I always like visiting my mum in the care home, all the carers make us feel welcome, and they all look after my mum lovely so thank you all so much.

I find the home & the staff very obliging. They are very sociable and helpful & under a lot of difficult circumstances at times. Pus not all patients are easy to deal with. Keep up the good work.

We were very happy with the care Mum received. Every member of staff we met were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum thrived in the ten days she was there. Thank you so much. The home itself was light and airy and clean and also smelled lovely. Would highly recommend.

Mum had to have respite care at Carisbrooke Manor for a few weeks so I could have an operation, she was nervous of going. However after a few days she told me not to rush my recovery as she was quite happy and being well cared for and all the staff were lovely. She has been very content and happy each time I have visited which has been very reassuring for me. A big thank you to all the staff.

shows and displays are good quality. Rooms are of good size with TV point. Bedding changed daily, communal toilets well maintained.

Patients are very well looked after, and meals are served to a high standard. And the cake is wonderful. People's needs are taken into consideration, and also welfare aspects are to a high regard.

A family member was admitted into Balmoral House for open ended respite care. All staff were great on admission, whatever was needed they sorted it with no problems. Staff/ Management have been great and always have time to listen. very caring place to be and would recommend to anyone!
