Kapil Care Homes. own and operate several care homes in North Lincolnshire and have more than 25 years experience in providing care for older people.

Their dynamic team of care staff strive to keep up-to-date with the most relevant practice and deliver high-quality person-centred care to all clients.

Kapil Care Homes philosophy is to support residents personal choice and to respect each individual in everything they do. While staff aim to promote independence, and encourage residents to continue to live full and active lifestyles. Homes have no fixed waking times or bedtimes and residents have a choice of what they eat at mealtimes, and when they eat it.

Staff provide residents with a well-planned and well-maintained environment and encourage them to bring items of furniture, pictures and ornaments to make them feel at home.

Residents are assigned their own key member of staff and a personalised care plan, while regular meetings ensure that residents have the chance to have their say on things around their home and make suggestions for improvements.

I always like visiting my mum in the care home, all the carers make us feel welcome, and they all look after my mum lovely so thank you all so much.

I find the home & the staff very obliging. They are very sociable and helpful & under a lot of difficult circumstances at times. Pus not all patients are easy to deal with. Keep up the good work.

We were very happy with the care Mum received. Every member of staff we met were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum thrived in the ten days she was there. Thank you so much. The home itself was light and airy and clean and also smelled lovely. Would highly recommend.

Mum had to have respite care at Carisbrooke Manor for a few weeks so I could have an operation, she was nervous of going. However after a few days she told me not to rush my recovery as she was quite happy and being well cared for and all the staff were lovely. She has been very content and happy each
time I have visited which has been very reassuring for me. A big thank you to all the staff.

Patients are very well looked after, and meals are served to a high standard. And the cake is wonderful. People's needs are taken into consideration, and also welfare aspects are to a high regard.

The care provided at Balmoral House is second to none, the staff are wonderful and go above and beyond delivering outstanding care without a second thought. Nothing is too much trouble.
The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean and fresh.
The home does great activities with the people who live
there helping to plan them, everyone's choice is accommodates for.

The home is an excellent place for my father-in-law. The staff are very attentive to his needs and wants. The surroundings are very homely and comfortable. Most of staff were very pleasant and polite always spoke when I saw them. The manager and deputy manager were very helpful and supportive and made us very welcome. I was involved and included in anything to do with my husband.

In my view, since my Mum moved into Ascot House there has been a vast improvement with a very positive response to my Mum's circumstances. Mum now has company with other residents but also excellent care 24 hours. The staff are all very friendly and helpful with nothing too much of a problem. Mum is
eating and receiving medication when needed, which wasn't always possible when living alone. I would recommend Ascot House as an excellent choice.

My dad had been a resident of Ascot House for over a year, Dad arrived at Ascot House with Dementia. This was a difficult time for myself and my family we were reassured all the way by the staff and soon could see that this was the best for Dad and the family, we took Dad out for days, we got quality
time to spend with Dad and when we left we knew he was safe, happy, well fed and cared for. Dad was a proud man and respectful of all the staff, he was treated with dignity and respect all the way, they really cared, I mean truly cared and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were there for us too we were involved in every stage of the dreadful progression of Alzheimer's, with help from the manager, assistant managers, carers and family all working together gave Dad and us, happy times and good memories. Dad enjoyed a sing-along and dance at the parties/entertainment that was provided. Sadly Dad passed away, we are grateful to all the staff who played a part in Dad's life at Ascot and for the privacy that was given. Thank you.

During my mother's stay at Ascot House the only word I can use is amazing - all the staff were very accommodating for my mum and the manageress was always understanding and obliging, she always went the extra mile, she gave the opinion it was more than a job, she treated my mum like she was her own
mum. I used to enjoy visiting my mum not only to see my mum but to see all the staff, so this has created a void in my routine. When I was looking for a care home for my mum, I rang on a Sunday night and out of five care homes, only one answered the phone and that one was Ascot House. My mum's final years were definitely good ones with the care she received from everyone at Ascot House.

The manager and the staff at Ascot House went above and beyond to help us make memories with Dad and all of the family this Christmas.
We didn't think we would be able to celebrate with Dad this year as his condition has deteriorated, so we were no longer able to take him out of the home. We were able
to hold a party for Dad at Ascot House in the conservatory, which the staff made sure was decorated and Christmas music was playing. They arranged for a wonderful buffet which we all enjoyed.
Dad had a big smile on his face having a party with his Grandkids, children and his brother. We all had a wonderful time.
