My mother was resident at Balmoral House for nine happy years. The staff are exceptional. I cannot fault this home or its facilities in any way.

I am very happy with all i see and hear about how my mum is looked after at Ascot House. All the staff are very friendly, not just to the residents, but all those who visit. Nothing is too much trouble, and any requests are dealt with, in a caring and proffesional way. In what are difficult curcumstances, it really does help, not just my mum, but also my family and i to know that my mum is getting such good care. I would like to say a massive thank you to all the wonderful staff at Ascot House, you really do a fantastic job, thank you very much.

Young boy came in and painted my nails. We was lovely. Staff are wonderful.

I have lived in Balmoral House for 3 years and have been very happy here. Lots of laughs, days out, and entertainment in the house. Parties, i.e. xmas, summer, any excuse. The girls are always helpful, are you ok, need anything. And management are here to answer any questions we might have, i.e residents meetings. All good.

I am uncertain about lunches not sure what I expected, but I find it tasty and I cant complain.

Mum came into Balmoral in January 2026 after a 2 week stay in hospital, it was a hard decision to make, mum settled in well and all the staff at Balmoral made mum and us 4 girls feel comfortable, the care at Balmoral is excellent mum loves all the staff

Ascot House is a lovely care home. Staff are friendly + helpful, as are the management. The level of care is good and all the residents seem happy. Would recommend.

Outstanding support, care, attention to detail, expertise, and quality of staff are amazing. A top-quality establishment staff and managers.

My mum has settled in very quickly I feel, this is all down to the company and the care she's experiencing. The staff, without exception have all been kind and helpful to me as well and they seem to care for everyone with a good mixture of compassion and humour. The home is always clean and the food seems very good or so I'm told! Thank you all for everything you do!

No one wants to find their mum having to stay in a care home, but, now that has happened, I can't think of anywhere better! The staff, without exception, are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Mum is settling in well, she has made friends and loves the various activities - the pony was a huge hit with mum and her friends. I can sleep well knowing she is receiving the best care and is safe.

The food is amazing especialy the breakfast. I enjoy s full English every morning which sets me up for the day. I can get up when I want its like home from home but better because my meals are cooked for me, which is outstaning

Excellent and professional service from first point of contact. Fabulous help and kind manner. Felt very confident from the word go. All staff extremely friendly. I cannot praise highly enough.

I can not fault the staff here in anyway went above and beyond to assist us and mum with the settling of mum into respite care. It happened swiftly and smoothly. The support for the whole family at this tough time was emense. Mum is returning home today but she will be back to visit she has made friends that she will miss. Thank you to you all your fantastic.
