Stanton Lodge is a beautiful care home. All management and staff are exceptional in what they do. There's plenty of entertainment live singers its always decorated beautiful for what ever occasion. A handyman is always there ready if you anything doing in your loved ones room as well as his normal work.
This is truly a beautiful care home.

The kindness, and the patience all the staff show to the residents, and the families are beyond compare. It's been a difficult journey having my husband in care, but he genuinely, genuinely couldn't be in a better place. The open door policy to the management shows just how much they care about the
residents. Any questions or worries I have had have been handled with understanding, respect and kindness. I highly recommend this care home.

Medication is correct and on time. All staff are so helpful, kind, and go above and beyond. Really caring, spend time with you, keep you smiling. Food is good, and they get residents involved in activities. Clean and tidy, could do with new bedroom furniture. Compared to the previous home, this is exceptional
care. Make the family feel welcome, nothing is a problem; they are always there to help.

My dad came into station lodge in June on a two week bed to assess. The management and staff were so helpful and couldn't support us enough. After being in other care home facilities that did not work out, the staff here managed my dad well and got him settled. My dad is now here permanently which we
has a family are so grateful for an amazing home and staff who go above and beyond.

I can't speak highly enough of the care our grandparents have received. My grandad is in the dementia ward and it's clear he's treated with genuine kindness and respect. My grandma has also recently come in for a short respite stay and the level of care has been equally impressive. It's a real comfort
to my family knowing they're both in such safe hands! I can see why the CQC gave a 5* rating for Care - it's very well deserved.

We've been visiting our mam for almost 2 years. Throughout this time we have been treated like family. Our mam is settled and clean and happy most days. The carers work so hard to help our mam and teh other residents feel safe and comfortable. The home itself has a bright friendly feel more like home
from home.

We have every faith in the staff looking after our mam. We are kept informed of her care regularly. We visit nearly every day and are made so welcome. Excellent care home with amazing staff. Excellent communication between the staff and families.

My mother first visited Stainton Lodge Care Centre for respite care in February 2025. We found all the staff there to be very kind, caring and considerate. We feel that our mother was looked after very well and have since booked another weeks respite care for her at Stainton Lodge.

As a family we could not be happier with the care mum is getting at this care home. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Our only negative comment is that the activities are a little childish and repetative. Whilst we appreciate that some residents have dementia, they are still adults.

My mum was transferred to Stainton Lodge in January 25 due to her Dementia becoming more advanced. I cannot thank the staff for the care they provide to my mum. She settled in very quickly and it soon became her home. The staff on her unit give more than 100pc to every resident and also support family
thru challenging times. It is such a relief to know that she is being looked after not just as a job but genuinely with love which means so much to me. I could not ask for anymore than what she is receiving and fail to find any fault whatsoever, it is reassuring to know when I leave her that she is safe, cared and loved in my absence and I cant thank the staff enough for that.

My Step Mum has been here since Oct 24. She seems to be genuinely very happy at Stainton Lodge. She has a lovely en suite room and is well fed and well looked after by all the staff. There are regular activities, a hairdresser on site and guests are encouraged to visit and take her out. Very pleased
Stainton Lodge is now her home.

Dad has settled well into Stainton Lodge Care Centre from day 1. The staff and management are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Dad is well cared for and all his needs are met. My father moved into one of the ward at Stainton Lodge Care Centre mid December. He moved from another care home where we were very concerned about his safety and welfare. Since the initial meeting with a member of staff prior to Dad moving to Stainton and today (4 weeks later) we are over the moon
with the standard of care that Dad is receiving. The staff are amazing, they are kind, considerate and compassionate. As a family we know he is safe and well cared for in an appropriate environment with staff who are confident and competent to care for Dads needs. The staff team are patient and at times when Dad can be challenging they don't give up but try through kindness and compassion to achieve dad's support in meeting his care needs. The meals are wonderful. Management and senior team visible and present and responsive to needs.
Today we received notification that Dad can stay permanently in Stainton Care Centre. This is such a relief. Thank you to all the team for your wonderful care and kindness.

I was looking to move my friend last year as he wasn't settled at all in previous care home. It was a huge decision on my shoulders and I am so pleased I chose Stainton Lodge Care Centre.
The bedrooms are lovely large and airy with en-suite facilities. There is a Spacious TV lounge and nice dining
room where residents can also sit and chat.
There is a huge comfortable reception area where family and friends can take residents off wards and make tea/coffee.
I cannot praise the staff enough. They go over and above and nothing is too much trouble. All staff, whatever their job, remember residents names and make a point of using them.
I couldn't be happier with the care he receives and can't thank everyone enough.

Stainton Way Care Home have provided a caring stable environment for my Mother to live the most contented life she has had in years! My Dad has been at Stainton Way Care Home for almost 2 years. He is happy and feels safe which gives me so much peace of mind. I love to see that smile on his face when members of staff talk to him (he does have his favourites). It's clear that the staff genuinely care for all the residents it's not
just a job it's a vocation. The activities coordinator are brilliant too organising games, coffee morning and much more. It is all clean and tidy and a pleasant relaxing environment. As a family, we feel so blessed to have my Dad live here and would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Stainton for their hard work and dedication.
