which is what makes them better at what they do. We have been kept abreast all the time with what's happening to mum and we visit 5 times a week and are made welcome every time. The fob we are given allows us access whenever we want which is great and the staff are always friendly and on hand if we need advice or guidance with mum. I cannot tell you how tired, anxious and stressed we were when a place became available at Inchinnan, and they immediately lifted that burden from us and we were able to become mums children again. It's been a relief and a priveledge to work with them.

in a home is not what I would wish for her but she needs the care, I genuinely have a fear sometimes that Littleinch could close and she would need to go to another home, I have visited a few people in various homes and most of them were very poor, everything seemed to be done on the cheap and the main driving force seemed to be making money. I know Littleinch is a business but the whole ethos appears to be making the residents happy and secure, and safe. I would not hesitate to recommend Littleinch to anyone considering care for a loved one. I know from working in lots of places over the years that an good ethos and work practices all come from the top, Management set the standards.

a great understanding and kindness towards her. She just loves to be 'involved'. Mum is seen by staff as an individual with her own needs, rights and unique personality, which has continued to flourish during her stay.
She now seems more interested in life. The excellence of the management team aligns to all staff, including carers, nurses, receptionist/office ladies, kitchen staff, domestics etc, and all demonstrate care, friendliness and approachability. Rashielee Care Home has a homely feel and I cannot praise it enough. It is an extraordinary care home and I would highly recommend it to your loved ones.

All of the staff are superb, and very approachable. Both the care home manager and the deputy are fantastic and if I have any concerns or questions they are more than happy to take the time out and go through them with me.
I smile when people ask how mum is and I speak of Rashielee, because I know she is well looked after, and safe.

The home itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a calm, homely atmosphere. We especially appreciate the garden space, where Mum enjoys spending time when the weather is nice. Meals are nutritious and cater to dietary needs, and the staff are happy to accommodate preferences.

In Jan "25 mum's illness became worse and was sent to A&E with low oxygen levels. After time in hospital it was evident her treatment was not working. The staff asked for mum to return to the home, so they could look after her personal needs. They got her room ready for her return. Everything was so warm and cosy, after the stark hospital room. There was low music playing in the back ground. Mum was visibly happy to be back to her own surroundings. Mum passed away on 4th January. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right for mum right to the end. I appreciate everything they have done.

not fault any aspect of my mum's care. I return to Australia knowing she is safe, comfortable and most of all cared for like a family member. Cannot thank the staff at Littleinch Care Home enough.

crafts, movie time, sing-along or general chit-chat. Twice a week the children from the primary school visit. They are a joy and the residents love their time together. I see my husband almost every day. If I have a question regarding his care I speak to the clinic or staff on duty. They listen to me and sort it out. I can return home knowing all is well.
