Mosswood Care Home looks after my mother very well. The staff are all kind, caring, professional and very friendly. My mother is very settled there. There is always something going on, and the staff are very attentive to her when she is in her room, too.

My Aunt has been living at Stanely Park for the last 8 months. I am her nearest relative and am closely involved with her care. In the last 8 months I have seen the genuine compassion and care of the staff for my Aunt as well as the other residents. The home itself is always clean and welcoming. There
are activities morning and afternoon 5 days a week, including some wonderful special events. My aunt has gone from withdrawn and anti-social to enjoying socialising and joining in with activities. Her mental health is much improved and she feels at home here. I am incredibly thankful for the staff and the wonderful care she has received.

My review does not just relate to my wife who is a resident in Stanely Park Paisley. It's nearly eighteen months since my wife became a resident, we are both on a journey which was not something we ever thought about a few years ago. Since the residence start the love and care has been remarkable. I
want to point out the support I receive from the staff, as a frequent visitor it's very unusual from one of the staff to also ask if I'm okay or if anything I want to know. So thanks to staff I really appreciate the wee word entering or leaving.

I am delighted to say that my mum has settled very well into Stanley Park care home,it is a warm & welcoming atmosphere,I welcome the change in my mum,she is happy,looks much healthier,enjoying the company and the staff have been fantastic,I can also say my mum loves the home cooked meals,and is having
a blast with the entertainment,the decision that I mulled over for sometime(as its never easy to make that final decision,to put a loved one into a care home)I can now say it's been the best decision I have ever made.Go live you're best life mum,love you.x

My aunt has been in Mosswood since December 2024 ie 6 months. She has settled there better than we expected. She has a lovely room with a door out onto the central courtyard. She enjoys the food and has put on weight. At first she wasn't eating all of her food but the portion sizes were adjusted
to suit her. The staff are very attentive and caring. Both the nurses and the carers work very hard at their jobs. My aunt is still physically able to do a lot for herself so they have to be quick in the morning to make sure she has her shower before she gets dressed. My aunt also loves the weekly art class. She is encouraged but not forced to take part in the many activities. Her room and the whole place are kept very clean. And, best of all, the dog is not just allowed to visit but positively encouraged.

Dad has been in Mosswood for almost 5 years. The best decision we made to keep him safe , secure and well looked after.
Activities are a plenty and Dad has been kept busy as head Gardener, Paper Boy and Codriver of the mini bus. !
he enjoys the visits from local schoolchildren and is enthralled
with their use of technology ! he also likes his visits to and from the local church.
The care home staff are well read on his needs and work with him and us to manage any challenges he faces.


The best decision we made and look forward to the continued support from staff and other health professionals who visit him at the home.

The management, nurses, carers, cleaners, catering team are all so caring and look after my mother-in-law to the highest standard. There is always some activities arranged to ensure that all the residents are kept active and included.

My dad has been in Mosswood for almost five years now and it's safe to say he's living his best life!
All of the care staff are excellent with him and having gotten to know him well understand what he needs and how best to work with him, and us, to make sure he has a full and enriched life in the
home.
There's always something on in Gryffe and the wider home that makes sure the Groundhog Day feeling is kept at bay.
The catering is to his liking and (even as a moaner) he's never once complained about choice or quality - in fact we've had to put him on small portions as he was gaining weight.
I would have no hesitation recommending Mosswood as a safe and caring place for loved ones.

On bringing my cousin from a hospital in Blairgowrie on the few weeks he has been a resident I see an improvement. He looks cared for although he can't communicate due to his Parkinson Disease and his mental capacity

Absolutely excellent, service has been great and everyone is friendly. Always clean and tidy and residents well cared for. The food is always nice, activities are a constant. The communal areas and bedrooms are also kept clean at all times.

I have been extremely impressed with all aspects of my friend's care home. Activities are well organised, visits from local schools are great. The staff are always extremely welcoming and have an obviously good relationship with my friend. The physical environment is excellent and compare extremely

Mum has been well looked after since she moved into Stanley Park Care Home. The home is small enough to retain a family friendly and personal approach to care. Staff get to know family members and recognise each residents likes and dislikes. You feel part of a big family and comfortable coming and going
knowing your relative is being well cared for. There is good communication from the manager and staff with regular meetings for relatives as well as a monthly newsletter. Mum's room and communal areas are always kept clean. Special events are celebrated appropriately and there is a wide range of activities and social outings, which all are encouraged to participate as best they can and wish to. There is a lovely garden to enjoy in the summer. Overall mum's experience has been positive.

Both my late Mum and Aunt have stayed/staying in Stanely Park Care Home. The carers go above and beyond for the patients in their care. Very impressive and well run. There are trips and various activities organised for the residents which really boosts them and gives them things to look forward to.

My mum settled in very quickly when she first became a resident and continues to be happy there. They always have such lovely Xmas decorations, festive meals, and events for residents to enjoy. The care home is clean, warm, and with lovely staff. Meals appear to be good quality. Residents are are involved with all sorts of activities and regularly there is entertainment guests including; singers, dancing, pets, and days out.

My Mum has now been a resident of Stanley Park care home for almost 2 years. Despite initial resistance to any form of residential care, the staff helped her to settle quickly into her new surroundings. Almost 2 years later she speaks warmly about living within the home. During my visits to the care
home, I am always impressed by the staff's care and attitudes on display. The home is maintained to a high standard. Senior staff hold regular relative meetings and are keen to keep relatives appraised of personal matters involving our loved ones, and also keen to appraise relatives of any developments within the care home.
