The standard of care has not dropped since last month - and to maintain the level of care so highly must be commended. The attention of the staff to my parent's care is first class and they are attentive to every need - even though my parent is now non-verbal.

This is the opinion of the resident my husband. The standard of care is very high. The staff are kind and compassionate, even when I have been most unwell and they have had to perform unpleasant tasks. The facilities could do with updating but when I have complained about anything the problems are immediately
addressed. The activities are very good and varied and I enjoy them greatly. The food is good. I am very happy in this care home .

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mum has received at Midland Care Home. The staff I have met have been warm, professional, with a genuine sense of compassion from the entire team. Truly remarkable-kind, attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure Mum feels comfortable
and valued. Taking the time to understand her needs, preferences, and even her little quirks, which makes her feel truly at home. It's clear they treat every resident like family.
Mum enjoys the beautiful garden spaces and the variety of engaging activities offered daily. It's heartwarming to see her smile and participate in things she loves. Introducing and keeping in mind the different religious visits for all cultures living there. Mum is Islamic and those visits somehow, she remembers even with her memory loss. It gives us immense peace of mind knowing she's in such capable hands. You've made a world of difference in Mum's life and mine too.

I can't imagine it is ever easy supporting a much loved relative make the move in to a care home but sometimes it is necessary.
My dad moved in to Burlington two weeks ago and the support has been incredible.
The managers ensured that the transition was as smooth and as quick as possible, which
allowed him to settle in very well.
My only wish for dad is that he is well looked after, his wishes are good food and nice people. We both have what we want at Burlington.
It really is an amazing place and I am so happy that dad now lives there.

The nursing care my mother has received has continued to go above and beyond. September was a difficult month with frequent trips to A+E for mum. The home has liaised with me throughout and worked hard to keep mum comfortable and safe. The nursing staff have been so kind and caring, not just to my mum
but to me too. I honestly cannot fault the care received and under such difficult circumstances for the staff. At the end of the day, it is the care that is important and we've certainly received the best.

Midland Care are always very efficient when it comes to any queries we have had and the carers always ensure that my Father is well looked after and are always their to help with his needs and also give lovely conversations to help with all the residents mental wellbeing.Sometimes I feel they could
do with extra help ie more staff on occasions but they never fail us.Overall very happy

Mum has been a resident at MCH for the last 4 years. She has always been treated with the upmost dignity with safeguards put in place as her dementia has progressed. The staff are very loving and caring and always have a smile and reassurance when needed.

I am extremely pleased with the care that my husband, who has dementia, receives. He is very happy at the home and we go out to town and visiting me at home. Everyone on the staff is very approachable and helpful with any queries
There are various activities arranged and my husband enjoys the singers
and also sing alongs with the staff.

My Great Aunt arrived at Midland Care Home very thin and frail, not taking her medication properly and not at all happy. She is now very content when we visit and is properly cared for by the staff. Staff are always very welcoming to visitors and treat each resident as an individual which really helps
them to feel at home. Would happily recommend.

My father's care is excellent. The staff attend to his every need, washing, dressing, toiletry needs. His mobility has deterorated over the years but the staff help him on to his mobility scooter so he can visit the gardens. I would thoroughly recommend Burlington Court to anyone.

The care & support given to the residents & family are a credit to Burlington. The management is always available to speak to.

I've had good care given to my partner during good times and bad. Always made very welcome when I arrive and everyone from top of ladder to bottom all are happy/friendly people. Always willing to answer any questions. They all seem to treat each person as one of their relations, they try to have each
one special. At times I think the home is a little tired looking but have had a coat of paint and new furniture. But to me it's the care and love that counts and it has that for sure. I thank each and every one.

My mum has been cared for at midland for over three years. In this time, the staff have got to know her needs and adapt the care she is given to suit her.
She has dementia and previously had a lot of anxiety in the care home settings she lived in. However, at Midland the consistent staffing has given
her the confidence to join in with more activities.
As relatives, we always are made welcome when we visit.
We are all confident that mum is receiving the best possible care, and in her own way she feels safe and cared for.

All the staff without exception are always friendly and speak to us, the home is very clean. The meals are homely and nutritious.
Our relative is clean, happy and well cared for. She enjoys the bingo games in particular I would and have recommended the Midland to other people.

Staff at Midland House have an excellent understanding of Dad's needs. They always go above and beyond to ensure that Dad is comfortable and take the time to have a cheerful chat with him, no matter how busy they are.

Staff are wonderful, they are so helpful and caring.
There is activities all the time which mum really enjoys.


The care mum receives is excellent.


The home is clean and well kept, the same goes for the garden, this year had the added bonus of a raised vegetable garden.

Myself and my sister are so happy we moved our Great Aunt into Midland Care Home. She is so much more settled and extremely well cared for. The staff are amazing and genuinely caring.
