Outstanding care staff, who have patient welfare as their priority. It's a really tough job but they do it with the utmost care, skill & kindness and always treat patients with the dignity they deserve. I remember when the GP told me how incredible he thought it was, that the staff could take a coach
full of dementia patients on a day trip to the seaside and make it look easy (which it obviously wasn't) - that speaks for itself.

I visited Midland care Home today for the first time as my mum was transferred there from hospital but had previously been in another care home in Wellingborough. First impressions are excellent. The staff are really professional. They answered all my questions. I feel really reassured moving forward.
I think my mother will be getting better care than in her previous placement and I've got nothing but positive things to say about the staff and the facilities and the quality of this home. Clearly the ethos of this home is a strong client-centered approach and certainly they are doing all they can to tailor the care needs for my mother and also meeting all my personal requirements and concerns.

My Mum sadly passed back in 2024 of Lewy Body Dementia, but she spent nearly 4 years at Burlington, being cared for by truly wonderful people. Their dementia unit is superb, with the most patient and caring team.
My Dad is currently at Burlington. Coming up to 4 years.
He lives downstairs where he
is cared for for his physical difficulties. The team are amazing to and with him.
When Mum was being cared for in the dementia unit Dad would spend time with her everyday. They would have dinner together without fail.
The unit managers and the senior home management team have been a huge support to me personally.
It is a lot having parents in a care home, but they ensure they communicate everything going on and assist where they can with doctors, paperwork etc.
I can't recommend Burlington Court Care home enough. They have truly cared for and loved both of my parents. I can only thank them sincerely.

In looking for a home for Dad i knew of Burlington Court as it is local to me.
My initial meeting and look round found the home to be warm, welcoming and super friendly. All residents were happy and chatty and clearly enjoying the atmosphere.
The food was beautiful, the activities provided were
all inclusive and I particularly liked the idea of news letters and residents meeting.
Dad had to be moved from Sheffield, a move made simple and arranged by the staff at Burlington Court with the assistance of the NHS.
Dad's room is lovely, personal to him with his own photos and other personal belongings.
I am thrilled to see how settled Dad is already, and look forward to watching him flourish
Reply from Adam Turvey, Home Manager at Burlington Court Care HomeThank you so much for your kind words. We're delighted to hear that the move from Sheffield was made easy, and that your dad has settled in well with us here at Burlington. It's been a pleasure welcoming him into our care home.

The staff are wonderful and caring, and when we say staff, we mean everyone - care staff, domestic staff, admin, the handyman, and the activity team. Every single person plays a part in making the home such a warm and supportive place.

There are activities on most days for the residents to do such

as quizzes , bingo, gentle exercise, art and crafts, the activities are thoughtful and enjoyable, and the home regularly brings in outside entertainment, such as a the 'Mini Zoo', which my mum absolutely loves.

Mum has been living there for over three years, she is 101 years old and she looks upon Midland Care as her 'Home' and the staff as 'Family'. The care, kindness, and respect she receives give us complete peace of mind. We are so grateful to all the staff for everything they do and would highly recommend this care home.

We viewed 6 care homes in the area and as a family we are so pleased that we choose Midland Care Home we cannot praise the staff enough.

My mother has been living in the care home for the past three years and is now 101 years old. From the very beginning, she was made to feel welcome, and she has become completely settled and happy there. As a family, we have absolute peace of mind knowing that she is safe, comfortable, and so well cared
for.
The range and quality of activities provided are exceptional. She particularly enjoys the bingo, quizzes, and sing-alongs, and she looks forward to the Christmas party and the pantomime every year. These activities bring her a great deal of joy and help her stay socially and mentally active.
What truly sets the home apart is the staff. Every member of the team is caring, friendly, and helpful. They treat my mother with dignity and respect, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their warmth and dedication shine through in everything they do.
I am extremely grateful for the outstanding care my mother receives. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to anyone looking for a pla

Adam and his team at Burlington provided end of life care for my mum. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and cared for. My father was a resident of Burlington Court from November 2023 to December 2025. Making the decision to move him into a care home was difficult. Choosing Burlington Court soon showed me it was the right decision and gave him an extra 2 years of life filled with fun and laughter. He loved the activities
and trips out. He made new friends and great connections with the staff. I couldn't recommend Burlington Court enough. They are so dedicated and genuinely care about their residents.
