My Mum needed palliative nursing care and she wanted to go to somewhere closer to where I live. I was recommended Midland Nursing Home by a few people and I am so glad we chose Midland for her. Trish the manager was excellent in informing me about every step making it a seamless transition for Mum from
hospital to the home. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, and Mum has excellent carers on her floor, the Lily floor. I can take comfort in the fact she will be looked after properly and her needs will be met to a high standard. It's still early days but I would definitely recommend Midland Nursing home to anyone needing excellent care for their family member or friend.

Mum has been a resident for 3 years now and the care she receives is brilliant.
The staff always go above and beyond and they encourage Mum to do things she would not usually entertain.
She has recently had an operation and they have adjusted care plans etc. to make sure her needs are being met.

From the moment my mother-in-law moved into Burlington it has given her a new lease of life. The care affection and attention to details given by the carers is second to none. The activities crew also deserve a huge mention for the creative ideas they have. They always involve everyone in activities.
The outings arranged are so varied giving a lot of enjoyment for the residents. The energy they put into entertainment is lovely to see. Family get invited to lots of functions, we are also greeted with smiley faces. I have not given all sections excellent I do believe the home deserves 5 stars

Absolutely outstanding experience for mum. The team are so awesome with mum even through her bad days. The team always make me feel welcome over the phone each time I call for mum from America. Thank you to the office staff who always answer our questions promptly when we call to check on mum. The place
is clean and mum seems to be happy. I am glad they do activities with them and get the residents to mingle. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and care they put into every step. Thank you MGH for a great experience with our mum granny.

The care provided for my mother is first class. Even though she is now non verbal and bed bound staff really do go above and beyond to help her and to give her as much care as she needs.

The staff spend countless hours caring for her and ensuring she is well fed, watered and moved regularly.

My mum of 96 years old arrived at Burlington Court on end of life care. She was sadly only there for 11 weeks, but I would not have wanted her anywhere else. The management, carers and nurses were all very caring and competent. The patients are all treated with dignity and kindness. The home is clean,
the rooms are a good size, the residents are showered, the food is excellent great choices. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

Burlington staff take an interest in its residents to ensure they have a good quality of life. The staff are patient with residents who have additional needs or have dementia. As well as also being polite and courteous to visitors.
Any issues can be reported easily to either the staff directly or on
the tablet that is located in reception with resolutions being dealt with promptly once reported.
Regular reviews of residents are done with the family to make sure their needs are met which brings comfort to us the family.

Outstanding care staff, who have patient welfare as their priority. It's a really tough job but they do it with the utmost care, skill & kindness and always treat patients with the dignity they deserve. I remember when the GP told me how incredible he thought it was, that the staff could take a coach
full of dementia patients on a day trip to the seaside and make it look easy (which it obviously wasn't) - that speaks for itself.
