My mum, moved to Hartshill on an end of life path way. This was such a struggle for my mum and our whole family. The staff at the care home helped us in every which way possible. The kindness and care that was provided not only to mum but to us too. My dad felt that if he went home he would be letting
our mum down, for the last few days before mum sadly passed, dad stayed at the care home with mum. The staff provided comfort, food and drinks. Dad said this helped him come to terms with mum passing. Our whole family would like to give a special mention to Nurse Alex, the care you provided will stay with our family forever.

Since before my dad even arrived Trish was doing everything she could to help facilitate my dads move to the care home. Having worked in care myself I was blown away by the quality of care given to the patients. Staff are incredibly caring but always seem happy and not over stretched. They really pay
attention to thr details of who my dad is and make time to get to know him. It is clearly well run as staff from all departments seem happy to be at work and very positive in every interaction. I was so worried when my dad went into a care home, but from day one I have been able to sleep better at night, knowing he is there.

My uncle has lived in Burlington Court for a number of years and I'm overall very pleased with his care. It's good to know he is always clean and well looked after. He has good relationships with his carers who treat him kindly and with dignity. It's nice to see his face light up and smile when any
of the carers come into his room. I'm pleased with the medical attention he gets -- prior to being here he suffered with frequent UTIs -- at Burlington I think he's only had one which is a good result and I see as a measure of the care he's given. The food always seems nice and fresh - just a pity his appetite seems to have gone. As I live a long way away it's good to know he's well cared for. The facilities and activities are sufficient for his needs - just a pity he won't get more involved.

Visited at the weekend to see my Cousin, who has been a resident at Hartshill Care Home for the 7 months.

He has dementia and he doesn't always remember me. The attentive staff were so caring and kind. They introduced me to him as a friend so as not to overwhelm him which I thought was a great idea.

Within 10 minutes my Cousin looked at me, laughed and remembered me which was such an incredible moment.

As for the staff and the home overall. Every time that I visit, the home is always clean, everything is well presented and I always notice how residents seemed so engaged with the team of attentive staff.

I would unreservedly recommend Hartshill Care Home to anyone looking to place their loved ones within the care of such a brilliantly run care home, for complete peace of mind.

My father spent the last 3 weeks of his life here. I could not fault the care given to him. Everyone was so kind, caring, thoughtful and treated us both with consideration & dignity. It made a difficult time so much easier to bear, knowing that my father was in the right place for him. He had complex
care needs and I'm so glad that I found Burlington Court.

We have found Burlington to be an incredibly helpful, approachable, friendly & most importantly, caring home. It is also very welcoming to visitors.
Mum has dementia and mobility issues; she can't do anything for herself. She is in Saxon Suite & it is full of smiling caring staff who do their best
despite how demanding their job is. Staff turnover appears to be low so they have got to know Mum & her needs really well. They have also made Dad very welcome. He spends several hours every lunchtime with her.
Keeley as the suite manager is really approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. She has great expertise & experience of dementia in particular and is wonderful with the residents. She seems to run a tight ship!
They encourage Mum to be in the communal area as long as she is happy to be there.
It is also lovely that there is a garden for everyone to enjoy.
They have helped with all things medical. Any information we need they do their best to provide
We are so pleased Mum is there

I have been extremely impressed with Midland Care Home, Wellingborough following my father's recent move there, from residential to nursing care. The professionalism and efficiency of the staff, particularly the Home Manager Trish, made the entire process smooth, well-organized, and as stress-free as
possible. While it is still early days, the initial experience has been excellent, giving us great confidence in the care dad will receive.

Would like to thank the staff for doing all they did for my dad on his short stay as respite care . He sadly passed away the day he was ment to come home. But the staff was so supportive and even gave him a salute as the funeral people took him past . Which I thought was a lovely gesture . Many thanks

The care received by my mother is, as always, first class.

The staff give first rate care and as my mother is bed bound, non-verbal and doubly incontinent this must take a lot of patience and understanding.

They do their absolute best with little recognition or reward from my mother.

They

try their best to engage her and she is, on occasion responsive to the extent that she grips a hand if offered.

Everyone at Midland Care Home is very welcoming & supportive.
My Mum & Dad are both residents there with different care needs. They offer great care & Mum & Dad are very comfortable there.
They also offer support to relatives that are struggling with the symptoms of dementia in their
love ones. It is great being able to talk to someone that understands.
We are very grateful

There was a lockdown due to flu through December, the team were absolutely amazing keeping visitors updated with emails and calls, to let us know what was going on. Every member of staff I have met has been extremely helpful, from the carers, to the reception and managers. My relative is very happy
here, and speaks highly about the place which gives us confidence.

My Mum needed palliative nursing care and she wanted to go to somewhere closer to where I live. I was recommended Midland Nursing Home by a few people and I am so glad we chose Midland for her. Trish the manager was excellent in informing me about every step making it a seamless transition for Mum from
hospital to the home. All the staff are so lovely and welcoming, and Mum has excellent carers on her floor, the Lily floor. I can take comfort in the fact she will be looked after properly and her needs will be met to a high standard. It's still early days but I would definitely recommend Midland Nursing home to anyone needing excellent care for their family member or friend.

Mum has been a resident for 3 years now and the care she receives is brilliant.

She has recently had an operation and they have adjusted care plans etc. to make sure her needs are being met.
