This was my second stay (previous February 2022). Very friendly and welcoming. The staff are excellent and very helpful an caring. Activities well organised and varied to suit all. Food nicely presented and always hot. I would certainly recommend the whole establishment.

Everything at Featheron House is excellent. The care and attention paid to my mother was great. Nothing was too much trouble - the staff are all so caring. This was her second time staying here and it's so comforting to know she is being well looked after. Thank you all.

The staff were so kind and helpful to my mother-in-law whilst she stayed for respite care. She had a lovely big room, delicious meals and was well looked after.

Featherton House is widely known for its high level of care. You are met at the door and there is always someone on hand to give support. Whatever your needs together with good food and comfortable environment for ones later years. I feel I have made the best choice for mine.

Mum is always happy to return to Featherton. It really is the most wonderful place. I cannot fault all the wonderful staff who are so friendly and helpful. Such a lovely place, with a really lovely feel. Lots of activities and even trips out. It always smells delicious too, homecooked good! Featherton

Featherton House was a lovely home for my mum to spend her respite stay. The staff were very inclusive, friendly and very caring. There are lots of activities and things going on. The food is outstanding and the home is spotless.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to do whatever is necessary. Dad enjoys being here and likes the food very much. It is like a home from home, and at times, you can forget where you are. There are activities placed quite often, and today, we had a singer with songs from the
'60s. I feel happy that my dad is in the right place.

Since my partner came to Featherton House his care has been excellent. The staff go above and beyond for the residents and each day is different from the food to the activities they are well catered for. I could not stress enough how well they are looked after and I have no issues at all.

My husband was very happy while he was at Featherton House. He understood why. The room was lovely as of the rest of the house. The staff were very kind. such excellent food. When my husband died the staff were so good trying to revive him but sadly my husband died. Also arranging for the Funeral Directors
to attend. I have nothing but praise for everyone.

This small care home is cosy and friendly, you feel like you are in a safe home. Nice furnishings, excellent food and in a good location. Mum's room has character with an old fireplace and you are encouraged to decorate the room with your own personal belongings which is essential. The staff are outstanding,
professional, kind, loving and genuinely care about the residents. Highly recommended.

My father spent the last 5 months of his life at Featherton House and he and I knew that this was the right decision since my step-mother had already been there for 10 months.
As soon as he became a resident, I knew that he would be safe and well cared for.
Not given to easy compliments, every time
I spoke to him or saw him, he would tell me “everyone here is lovely, they are all so kind”.
The excellent manager facilitated my visits which were not easy, visiting from overseas with limited time plus Covid restrictions in place and she made it possible for me to see him every day that I could.
I can not speak highly enough of this Care home and everyone working there.
