I have been a resident in Wren House for 5 months now and I am very happy here. The staff are all very kind and so attentive and the level of care provided is exceptional. There are plenty of activities going on to keep me entertained and therefore there is always something to look forward to.

The care given to my mum at Wren House is exemplary. The carers are kind, loving and always at hand. I have rarely seen my mum so happy as she is surrounded by interested people and good food.

The care my brother had at Patcham Nursing Home was outstanding. He had two weeks respite whilst having home improvements and loved every minute. The home had a very calming atmosphere in which he felt very safe and secure, his room was beautiful with lots of light and spacious for him to maneuver around.
All the staff were wonderful to him and made him feel very welcome. He joined in all the activities in the lounge sat in the garden and ate all his meals at the table which he adored!

There is a variety of activities here but my mother is 100 years old is unable physically to go down to them so some are done in her room. We have had children come from a school to read to her in her room.

We have just moved my husband to Linden House Care Home after a terrible experience in another home. It is such a relief to have quality, attentive, care for my husband!
This home is truly special. My impressions don't come just from seeing how they are caring for my husband; I see the same care
and attention being lavished on all the residents. The whole team is so responsive and often anticipate needs before they are even spoken. They have a great array of activities for the residents to choose from and they encourage residents' independence. Residents are valued and respected. I could not ask for better care.
I am so glad I found this home. I can now relax, knowing he is in caring and capable hands.

We have nothing but praise for the outstanding and expert care my mother receives at Linden House. When we visit, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and compassionate as well as being highly professional. If I have any concerns, I am always listened to, and to know
that my mother is being so well looked after, around the clock, is really reassuring for our whole family. Thank you, Linden House!

My mother moved into Wren House in the middle of this year.
It has been a hugely positive experience. Wren House feels like a comfortable home, rather than a hospital and the staff are fantastic giving great care with a smile. Mum has settled in so well and still has the freedom to do what she wants
but has a wonderful support network providing a great quality of life.

My mother has been in Wren House since last November. The care and staff are absolutely fantastic, so kind, sensible and with a bit of humour, which is so important. It's a huge change moving into a care home but they manage to make it as smooth as possible. Thank you for looking after her.

Patcham Nursing Home looked after my father for four months and provided a very high standard of care. It was by far the best of the homes we saw and we were relieved to get a place. The staff were uniformly excellent, showing patience, kindness and a genuine interest in my dad. They were also kind
and generous with me, my sister and mother. There was never a moment when I doubted the care he was getting. Thank you to everyone there who made a sad and difficult time a little easier.

While nothing can compare with our own home, bought, cared for and loved with one's partner over many years, the comfort, care and company at Wren House is a high-standard replacement for many of these attributes. The house and my own room are excellent. From my own point of view, I could only suggest
that a little more care and attention could be paid to the garden which has huge potential even if only reviewed thoroughly once per year so that interested residents could be occupied with pottering during the summer sunshine if they wished.
