Regarding her shoes, we promptly identified the need for replacement and called your sister on 6 December to advise. The issue was resolved very quickly thereafter. Following your feedback, we have asked our maintenance team to review the carpet in her room to ensure it remains safe. The fall you mentioned occurred six years ago in the garden and, while unfortunate, was an accidental incident that we addressed at the time. Our records indicate that it left no ongoing issues or concerning scars. We greatly value the relationship we have with your family and encourage you to contact us directly to discuss this further.
