My mum experienced an acquired brain injury earlier this year and her care needs have become greater. The staff at Cross Lane House Care Home have provided a home from home - they are caring, accommodating and welcoming. She has developed some good rapport with the staff and has particularly enjoyed
the events held at the home (i.e the Christmas party).

Whilst my Aunt was at this time not in the best health she was treated with dignity, care, and support. I was kept fully informed regarding her medical condition. Mental health and doctor visits. Family was always welcomed by the staff who were also able to answer questions.
I couldn't ask for a more
caring, thoughtful end of like care for my Aunt.

Dad took a long time to settle but now he has, he is very happy and feels safe. The staff and managers are friendly, helpful, understanding and always able to help with my or Dad's queries/questions.
It is reassuring and great that all the anxieties are no more and Dad is always safe and well looked
after.
