Mum is very happy and settled.
Considered this her home from day 1 and loves the staff.
This gives me the peace of mind to know she is properly cared for.

Staff amazing, always there to help Ian, very relaxed atmosphere, and residents all seem very happy.

Food very good, his room is great, and Ian is very happy living in Breton Court and relaxed, which is very important.

My mum experienced an acquired brain injury earlier this year and her care needs have become greater. The staff at Cross Lane House Care Home have provided a home from home - they are caring, accommodating and welcoming. She has developed some good rapport with the staff and has particularly enjoyed the events held at the home (i.e the Christmas party).
