Staff amazing, always there to help Ian, very relaxed atmosphere, and residents all seem very happy.
Food very good, his room is great, and Ian is very happy living in Breton Court and relaxed, which is very important.

The staff at Cross Lane House Care Home have provided a home from home - they are caring, accommodating and welcoming. She has developed some good rapport with the staff and has particularly enjoyed
the events held at the home (i.e the Christmas party).
