Two issues cause us a slight irritation a) various items of clothing disappearing during the laundry process, despite a personal tagging system system which should prevent this b) access to the home after the admin/reception staff have left at 5pm.

Our kitchen team strive to make sure that all residents have menu options that meet their needs, and always offer alternatives to the main menu where someone dislikes a meal. It is lovely to see your mum settling into the home and feeling more comfortable around both the team and other residents, the progress is noticeable as she settles and we will continue to support her with her journey.

Placing a loved one into the care of another is always a difficult process for family members, but at Ashton Manor, we try to provide guidance and reassurance throughout the journey to reduce that pressure.
