Overall Experience
Our sister has been a resident of Hailey House for almost 2 years and she has been well cared for, the staff are very caring and kind.
Hailey House is very clean and homely, warm and comfortable. Our sister is vegetarian and her diet is extremely well catered for, she enjoys every meal, especially the fruit she has, also the cook provides delicious cakes with afternoon tea.
There are chair exercises weekly which is good fun and lots on the programme for Christmas season, including carols and live music. Our sister's room has all amenities and she enjoys watching TV as well as reading and the radio.

We are happy she has a good life at Hailey House.
