Carers and all staff are always welcoming, smiling, and very professional. It's a pleasure to visit and I consider them my 2nd family. They have made this a home from home for my friend. I cannot thank them enough.

My sister has been in Lorna House for 18 months. I have nothing but praise for this home, it is such a happy place I can see the residents are well looked after and so much love around the place. From the owners to the rest of the staff and families are so good. When they have a do on they are so genirous
with making everyone welcome, it's so lovely to visit I have got to know so many happy residents who all say they are well looked after. Thanks to all.

My mother is very happy here. She has been here for over 12 months. The staff are very friendly and caring. They organise an activity almost every day to entertain the residents. It feels like a home from home. Overall, very pleased with Lorna House and I would recommend it to anyone.

My father spent three months at Lorna house in spring 2025 - staying there under the hospice at home program as an illness progressed. We always found the management and staff to be excellent - Sympathetic, helpful and accomodating on visits and on the phone. The rooms are nice and homely and the garden
and sunroom are nice places to sit with loved ones. I live overseas and knew that my father was in excellent hands - with them going the extra mile to me updated on his health and well-being. I was very happy with the choice we made for him.

When I heard that Mum was going to need the support of a residential home I was worried that her worst fears were about to come true. Neither of us could have been more wrong and we found an incredibly friendly and supportive environment at the Aveland Court. The team were approachable and caring at
every level, welcoming and flexible with visiting hours and sensitive to individual needs. The daily activities provided along with regular entertainment slots really boosted Mum's sense well being and all the residents clearly looked forward to joining in the fun. She did so well there that after a few months she was able to return to her own home.
I think that she really needed the structure and stimulation after so many years of living alone. Knowing that Mum was getting regular meals and receiving her medication in a timely manner was very reassuring for me especially. Above all she was safe and secure and I hope that if the need arose she would be able to stay there again.

Our friend was with Lorna House for 3 months until he passed away. We always found the care he received was excellent, delivered with dignity and individual to his needs. Keeping us informed of every intervention. The staff were all excellent and cared for him in sometimes difficult circumstances. They
were also very caring to myself and our family.
We would not hesitate to recommend Lorna House to anyone considering residential care.

We have visited 3 times this week 4 each time we have been welcomed and treated like long lost friends (we live miles away and cant visit often). The staff are ALWAYS friends and caring with a sense of humour. Since arriving at Brandon House my mother has regained confidence in herself anad loves all
the activities provided by the staff. Her shopping trips and quiz competitions with other care homes have given her opportunities to do things she hasn't been able to do for many years.

We have been pleasantly surprised with Horna House. We had not known exactly what to expect but we found a friendly, family vibe to the place.
The room is spacious and has a great garden aspect.
Staff are present, professional and always easy to find.
My dad seems relaxed and well cared for. On
the whole, great!

As far all the family are concerned Mum couldn't be in a better place. All the team are very friendly/smiley and extremely caring. They all do an excellent of coping with Mum's physical needs together with handling communication issues and mood swings associated with her advancing Dementia (Alzheimer's).

The standards of this home are truly impressive in every way. There has been a lot of work to refurbish/improve. The staff are so helpful kind and patient and ensure visitors and residents have everything they need. The cook and the decorator are an integral part of the team as well. The manager/owner?
Not only runs a fantastic team but is just as good as the team. Amazing experience today thank you

They look after me very well, whenever I go out they always make sure someone is waiting to greet me when I come home. My carer always makes sure he brings me a cocoa at night and a coffee before breakfast. I am very happy here, the next best thing to being able to live on my own, which I know I cannot
do.

Brandon House, what a fantastic facility, my mother came here needing quality care and that's what she gets and more! The environment is very bright, warm, homely and welcoming. The staff are ever present, friendly and efficient. The food is top notch and plentiful. Every day there are activities which
all the residents can participate in. All in all my mother has settled in very well and is definitely enjoying life.
