My gran has been in the home for some few months now .
And it was the first time I had. Been in to see her . And what an amazing experience and team they have working there
All the staff as so friendly and very professional it was very satisfying seeing my gran being looked after the way she is
And left me with the knowledge that she was getting the best care possible especially as we unfortunately live in Scotland

An excellent care home set in Rhayader, Powys. All the staff are friendly and caring. There is always a warm welcome as soon as you go through the door. For any needs that a resident requires the home gives 100 per cent to carry out their wishes. For example, they kindly hand made a special birthday
cake for my very good friend. I would recommend this home to any new resident and families wishing to have their loved ones looked after properly.

My Uncle has been in the home for a few weeks and we are so happy with the room, the home, the staff and the food. We live some 140 miles away but we have peace of mind now and know he will be well looked after

Bryn Gwy residential home is staffed by lovely caring staff. The home has a homely family atmosphere. They are very caring for the residents and they make visitors feel very welcome. They listen and are responsive. I would highly recommend this home.
