The staff and service are excellant, friendly and very professional and extremely caring and helpful. I cannot stress enough how very happy i am that my relation is in such a wonderful place and is so happy.

I feel incredibly lucky that my mum got a place here.

Dad had a very quick transition. Had a fall at home on 2nd September, resulting in a bleed on the brain. I was told it was unsafe for him to return home as he lived alone. The hospital wouldn't would not discharge him until he he had a safe place to go to. Phoned the care home, to be told they couldn't take him until the 8th October. When I explained the situation, they fast tracked everything to accommodate his needs. He was discharged to honeysuckle house on the 29th September. Big change for dad, he has lived in flitwick for 66yrs, independently for 3yrs after my mum passed. He still has a voice. He has mental capacity. He has had alot of changes all of a sudden, but he was scared he wouldn't be listened too. They listened, So far, so good. Respect to all the staff.

All the care staff & .management are friendly and helpful .home is spotlessly clean .food choice for residents is very good. staff allways willing to help with questions etc .rooms are designed perfectly with plenty of storage..

Dad's final days were spent peacefully at Marigold House and we were allowed to stay with him 24/7 that meant a lot to us. We are grateful to all the staff for also looking after us as well during this difficult time.

I thought everyone was kind but some of the food was not the kind of food that should be feed to residents it was a bit better then my last stay there should be more veg not over cooked because you want people to eat well a healthy and if you over cook vegetables you cook all the goodness out off the vegetables.

Impressed by the positive, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, bright and clear environment. My aunt seemed genuinely happy to interact with staff.

Fantastic care home, clean, modern, bright lounge dining areas. Care home staff and management cannot be criticised 100% care and attention. Entertainment and food all very good. Last day, here for my father I asked 'have you enjoyed staying here' he answered ' oh yes its been lovely'.

Nan has only been at Marigold a short time but the staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. Nan always has her physical care needs attended to to a high standard. The home is very clean and well looked after. Overall a very good experience so far.

Very pleased with the care mum is getting she is much better in herself. If we request anything it is no problem and mums needs are met.

I lived here for just over a year, and overall, I am very happy. Care and support are good, and I am always treated with dignity and respect. The staff, management, facilities, rooms, and activities are excellent. I especially appreciate the encouragement I receive to enjoy my art. At times, activities in the units can feel a little lively for me, but overall I feel settled, comfortable and well supported.

Care at Marigold House is exceptional from managers, domestic staff, catering staff, carers, support workers, entertainment staff.

The Marigold House is of high standards. This is a 5-star home, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful home.

Mum moved into Marigold House in April this year, but sadly passed away Sunday 10th August at Marigold House. The care she received throughout her stay was great and the facilities are excellent, but the kindness, compassion and care that was given to mum and offered to every member of her family in the last few weeks of her life was more than words can describe and will always be eternally grateful to all the staff for everything they have done for mum whilst she was in their care.

Very happy with the level of care being given, the facilities are excellent and and my mum is very happy here. Its a new facility and the staff are getting used to the place and adapting as more residents take their places.

Overall, we are happy with Marigold's care and support. Care staff are all very kind and do their best for mum, even though she stays in her room most of the time. Do not see much of managerial staff, but I imagine they are around if we have any problems.

Mum moved into Marigold House in April 2025. Her room is beautiful, nicely decorated with an en-suite shower/facilities. This is my first review, and at this time, I am very happy with her care and the facilities that are available to her and the residents.
