Impressed by the positive, relaxed atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, bright and clear environment. My aunt seemed genuinely happy to interact with staff.

Fantastic care home, clean, modern, bright lounge dining areas. Care home staff and management cannot be criticised 100% care and attention. Entertainment and food all very good. Last day, here for my father I asked 'have you enjoyed staying here' he answered ' oh yes its been lovely'.

Nan has only been at Marigold a short time but the staff are incredibly helpful and supportive. Nan always has her physical care needs attended to to a high standard. The home is very clean and well looked after. Overall a very good experience so far.

I lived here for just over a year, and overall, I am very happy. Care and support are good, and I am always treated with dignity and respect. The staff, management, facilities, rooms, and activities are excellent. I especially appreciate the encouragement I receive to enjoy my art. At times, activities in the units can feel a little lively for me, but overall I feel settled, comfortable and well supported.

Care at Marigold House is exceptional from managers, domestic staff, catering staff, carers, support workers, entertainment staff.

The Marigold House is of high standards. This is a 5-star home, and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Wonderful home.

Mum moved into Marigold House in April this year, but sadly passed away Sunday 10th August at Marigold House. The care she received throughout her stay was great and the facilities are excellent, but the kindness, compassion and care that was given to mum and offered to every member of her family in the last few weeks of her life was more than words can describe and will always be eternally grateful to all the staff for everything they have done for mum whilst she was in their care.

Very happy with the level of care being given, the facilities are excellent and and my mum is very happy here. Its a new facility and the staff are getting used to the place and adapting as more residents take their places.

Overall, we are happy with Marigold's care and support. Care staff are all very kind and do their best for mum, even though she stays in her room most of the time. Do not see much of managerial staff, but I imagine they are around if we have any problems.

Mum moved into Marigold House in April 2025. Her room is beautiful, nicely decorated with an en-suite shower/facilities. This is my first review, and at this time, I am very happy with her care and the facilities that are available to her and the residents.
