and is very wellcoming to residents and visitors, it has a lovely conservatory and garden and the space for concerts and all sorts of activities which are facilitated by the lead for activities on a very regular basis.
It is wonderful for me and the rest of my family to know that my Mum is so happy and in a place where she is extremely well looked after.
I think the home is such a success due to its leadership and dedicated staff team. It's enabled this stage of my Mum's life to be a positive chapter she says she wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

She has a named carer for any specific queries and importantly stable care staff - she knows them and they are familiar to her, know her and are fond of all the residents. This is important for someone who needs familiar things, people and continuity to minimise anxiety. It is also essential for my sister and I to know that my mum is being treated well and she certainly is at Rose Farm.
