My mother has been staying at Neem Tree for 6 months (as of Feb 2026). She was nervous at first but has now settled down very well. All the ground floor staff are exceptional. The meals are very well received. Any changes or variations are immediately implemented. Any problems/ issues are handled by
the staff with speed and efficiency. It is very reassuring for us that there is fast access to a GP when required- plus the additional services of chiropody and ear cleaning.

My husband has been in the care of Neem Tree for one month.
I am very pleased with the care he is receiving for his complex needs.
The staff have been very supportive to me and have kept me well informed of my husbands progress to settle into his new environment.

My sister in law has been a resident at Neem Tree for over 18 months.
She is looked after very well. The staff are always smiling and know her needs. They respect that she likes her own privacy and her room always looks very clean and tidy.

Neem Tree staff are really lovely and helpful. It seems the home is generally run well by the team. Although there are always improvements which can be made such as increasing staff potentially, as anywhere, the running of the home seems to be well managed. The place is kept clean and maintained well.
My mother has been resident here since January this year after I had struggled to look after her at home for some time. I've been able to get on with my life and work feeling assured she is taken care of well here.

My almost 92-year-old dad has been a resident at Neem Tree for just over two years now. He has dementia and is now not able to walk at all. All the staff at Neem Tree have been very supportive especially when I have had any concerns regarding Dad's care. They provide different kinds of vegetarian Asian
food every day which includes an Asian sweet too that my dad loves. The staff also give my dad an option to go to the English wing where he is able to eat something English (for example omelette and chips and dessert), that he loves! They also do activities such as bingo and painting that Dad really enjoys. Overall, the care of all the staff has been amazing. Thank you to all at Neem Tree.

My grandmother, who has dementia, seems genuinely happy at the home and well looked after. The staff were all very courteous and warm. I found my grandma doing exercises with a trainer. She really enjoyed that.

The care staff who look after my father are always friendly and helpful. Whenever we visit Neem Tree to see my father, we are always made very welcome. The activities for the residents are well thought of and involve the residents who participate well. The home manager runs the home so very well and
makes an effort to know the individual residents. Overall very happy with the home.

We have found this care home to be excellent. The management and staff always listen and I find them responsive. The food, the service and overall care is praiseworthy. It provides a safe and comfortable environment. My above experience has been constant throughout last 3-4 years. Their care was kind
and compassionate during the COVID pandemic. All the staff are gentle, caring and provide superb care. Thank you for being there and taking such good care of our loved ones.

The staff at the care home are extremely helpful and reach out to advise if there is a question. They are quick to resolve and helped us to purchase a bench for my aunt, who was a resident and recently passed away. My uncle is still residing at the home and is always well-presented and comfortable when
I visit. The home is clean and the rooms are always fresh whenever I have attended. The staff speak several languages and ensure the residents have a full experience of 'home from home' as possible. We are always greeted well and courteously and residents are addressed respectfully often by using 'uncle' or 'aunty' which is a cultural identity. We do not feel uncomfortable visiting my uncle and feel he is well looked after.

My mum has been a resident at Neem Tree since June 2022. She speaks Gujarati only and is a vegetarian. She has settled in very well at Neem Tree and the staff are looking after her exceptionally. They are in regular contact with me for any medical attention required. Even while she was recently admitted
to the hospital, one of the nurses phoned regularly to check up on how she was doing.
I find all the staff extremely polite and helpful and we as a family are very grateful for the level of care our mum is receiving.

My mother has been residing at Neem Tree for almost three years. It was a challenging change for her physically and emotionally. She adapted well with the support of the staff and the knowledge that she could communicate easily with the staff, that they treated her like family and that they cared for
her well. There are always going to be occasions when someone might feel down or low or not well but my mother says to family and friends that she feels blessed that she is at Neem Tree where she can continue to practise her religion and culture in a nurturing, caring place. Fortunately, my mother is still able to say what she wants and needs and she is a happy resident. Thank you.

All the carers are very helpful. They look after my sister and meet her needs. The food is good and the selection in the menu is very good. The home provides veg. and non veg food which suits my sister.
The nurses and all the staff are there to help and answer our question if we need them.

I would like to take this opportunity to commend Neem Tree Care Centre and their whole team for the excellent care that was administered to my dad during his stay at the nursing home. Everyone at the care home treated my dad with grace, kindness and compassion. From the manager, the supervising nurses,
and their staff of catering, cleaning and nursing care, all helped in making my dad's stay a comfortable one. It was a great relief to us that he was left in good hands at all times. All employees at Neem Tree are doing great work for the elderly who are in their care. We found everyone at Neem Tree to be very helpful and accommodating whenever we had any questions or concerns about my dad's health. Neem Tree has a great bunch of people at their place and hopes this quality of compassionate care continues.

My mother was transferred directly from a three-week hospital stay to Neem Tree at the end of June 2021. Thanks to the dedicated, kind and caring carers and efficient and approachable management who took and continue to take excellent care, my mother was looking and feeling much better within three
weeks compared to her condition in the hospital and I have to say even better than how she was at home. Before placing my mother in a care home I had apprehensions about how she would fare there. She is now a happy resident at Neem Tree. This has not only made my entire family feel happy but vindicated my decision to put mum into The Neem Tree Care Home. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this Care Home to anybody in need.

My mum stayed at Neem Tree for respite after surgery and got the absolute best care. All the staff were pleasant and capable and nothing was too much trouble. She left today and is well on the way to recovery thanks to the care she received. We are so grateful. Highly recommended.
