On the 29th April I lost my wife she was admitted on the 23rd. Every day after she received the best care from a caring and treated from staff they continued to update the family, and ensure any need we required. The service they provide is second to any.

After moving my mam to Shoreline just 1 week ago I have to say the difference is amazing.My mam is finally getting the care and attention she needs with the absolutely brilliant team at Shoreline. My mam is now eating in the dining room, engaging with other residents and activities. As a family we are so pleased and can clearly see how happy our mother is now. Food is great, varied and hot. All the staff from cleaners, housekeepers, carers and nurses and the management team have been outstanding. The sense of relief for our family is so so clear to see.Keep up the fantastic work

The staff so far have been absolutely brilliant with my nana. They are very attentive to both her and visiting relatives. My nan seems so much more comfortable than when she was in the hospital and I finally feel she is being taken care of.

A friend of mine has been at shoreline for a few weeks now. The care and respect the staff have shown to her is amazing. The staff are all friendly and chatty and have no problem spending time talking to you. My friend was previously being cared for by a different care home, when visiting that care home, the experience was totally different, in a bad way. All I can say is ' I highly recommend shoreline nursing home'

From the first visit and meeting Emma the amazing care home manager, I knew this was the right choice. The staff are very friendly, patient and understanding and show such compassion - they treat residents with genuine warmth and respect. My mum has been here three weeks and the care given by attentive staff is amazing and nothing seems to be too much trouble. It is a huge relief to have trust in her care again.

The home is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Communication with the team is excellent - they keep me updated and are always happy to answer questions. It's clear they truly care about each resident as an individual. I can't recommend this care home highly enough. All visitors to my mum have said what an incredible difference there is here to previous facilities.

All the staff, carer's,staff nurse,kitchen and management are very accesserble and always answer any questions i have. Im so happy she is a resedent there.

We were advised that mum needed end of life care by the hospital. They asked us to select a care home. We visited Shoreline and were immediately impressed with the staff and the room we chose for mum. Her care while in there was first class. It was a relief to my sister and I that she was having all her needs met in a thoughtful and caring manner. When mum passed the care could not have been better. They felt like part of our family and we will be forever grateful. We would have no hesitation in recommending the home.

My father-in-law was admitted late on a Friday night and from the moment he arrived, the care he received was exemplary. The staff were attentive without being intrusive and very quickly got to know him well. He was only in the care home for about 17 days but in that time, he was made comfortable and as a relative, I was made to feel welcome at all times.

I am very satisfied that my wife, Jean, is receiving the best of care and attention and is happy in her surroundings. She is safe and interacts well with the staff and other residents.

We couldn't have picked a better place for Babs and Alec to live. The quality of care is fantastic and the carers all genuinely do care and love the residents like their own family. Staff have often gone above and beyond to help and have made my inlaws feel supported. Their physical and emotional needs are always addressed promptly and nothing is ever too much trouble. The care my mother receives is excellent, I have no concerns with the care she receives. Staff are attentive, kind and very caring. Her needs are placed at the centre of her care. I'm kept well informed as to her health and well being.

The sitting room is basic and lacks a cosy/homely feel.

Very pleased with everything and great pleasant staff. The upstairs has a great view and having the radio on is lovely.

My father in law went into Shoreline Carehome after a lengthy stay in hospital. The management and staff couldn't have been nicer. They treat my father in law with dignity and respect, nothing was a trouble to the staff, it wasn't just my father in law that they were respectful of it was us as a family also, nothing was a trouble. We couldn't have chosen better care for him, right up until the end. Thank you to all at Shoreline for making a hard journey a little easier to bare, you were all remarkable!

I cannot complain, the staff or most of them are so hands on, they are very friendly and down to earth, nothing is too much trouble for them, my mother-in-law has so perked up since moving to Shoreline.

I will be forever grateful for helping and caring in his final weeks.

My mother is currently staying in the home after breaking her tibia in 5 places. She has been well cared for by the lovely staff who are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Mam has enjoyed the meals at the home, and there is always plenty to drink for example water and tea. We would like to thank all the staff for the care and support they have provided.

Found staff to be very friendly and professional. My mother-in-law has been very well looked after, the food is lovely. Keep up the good work.

From day one we have been very happy with the overall care given to my mother. We appreciate the flexibility regarding the layout and furnishing of her room to give a more personal touch. However, the biggest compliment is reserved for the staff especially those who look after her needs on a day-to-day basis. 'Superstars' they are.
