As a near relative it is very reassuring to know that my mother is safe and well cared for, myself and my 2 brothers are absolutely delighted with the service provided. A huge thanks to all the staff at Willow Tree.

is delicious. If you are in a position of having to move a loved one into a care facility I would absolutely recommend Willow Tree Lodge with no hesitation. I have never seen another care home like it!

feel like home and there is nothing that is too much trouble when looking after the residents. In fact, I truly believe that if it wasn't for the vigilance as well as the care she receives, my mother would not be here today. Not only do the manager and staff listen to the residents and meet their needs, they are completely open to listening to relatives too, and act in the best interests of those in their care. I think it says it all when my mother (who is now 94) had a recent spell in hospital and all I heard when visiting was "I want to go home" (referring to Willow Tree Lodge)!
I do not hesitate to recommend Willow Tree Lodge for care of the elderly.

it. Mum is a quiet, private lady, and the team include her gently, never overwhelming her. She's made great friends, chats with staff, and recently staff took Mum to Fareham to play table tennis and have coffee - table tennis she hadn't played since before Covid.

Food is excellent, with fresh choices and homemade cakes. Activities, trips to pubs and garden centres, and community links all add meaning to Mum's days. As someone who's worked in care, I know outstanding care when I see it - and Willow Tree delivers it. With 30 beds, it's homely yet professional. Mum is safe, happy, and thriving - and visiting her lifts my spirits too.

to be well maintained and always clean. It is a pity that residents cannot go down to the garden for safety reasons and that at times the car park seems inadequate. Perhaps in future a remedy will be found.

passed away on the 8th February 2025 but the staff still showed their love for her, and gave me, my family care tender kindness in my wife's last moments.
In her last two months of my wife's life she was in hospital due to having two strokes, on her return from hospital she had lost 10kg in weight. Kiln Lodge staff were determine to ensure my wife got back to her normal weight and back to her dancing again as she always did. She loved all the ladies that were her care's and it was obvious they love her, always, cuddling her ensuring she was always clean and dressed smart, it was her happy place her home.
Kiln Lodge is an amazing place, the caring staff treat residents as their family.

The food is good, all home prepared, and the bedrooms, home, and laundry are all clean and well managed. I'm so pleased that I found Kiln Lodge and recommend it with every confidence.

are very friendly and kind to Dad. He has spent his life telling us, his girls, to be kind and it is lovely to see him receiving kindness in return. It is great to be able to visit him and to bring his great-grandchildren along sometimes. They are also always made to feel very welcome and they love visiting great grandad in his special house! Many thanks to all the lovely people in Kiln Lodge. You do an amazing job!!

The home is modern, safe and security conscious, well maintained, homely with lovely interiors, spotlessly clean and fresh. Before my mum sadly passed away, the team brought much laughter and happiness back into Mum's life, and made her feel extremely loved and well cared for. To see Mum smiling took a huge weight off my shoulders and I was able to become my mum's daughter again rather than her carer. The whole willow team, are truly outstanding, the home and its gardens superb - Willow is second to none, and I recommend it without any hesitation or reservation - it's amazing!

treated with care and compassion. She would join in with activities - cooking, gardening, exercise groups to name only a few. The carers took time to get to know Mum and her ways. They had the skills to know when to retreat and try again later if care was needed so as not to agitate her more than neccessary. Her end-of-life care was outstanding. She was treated with great dignity and respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kiln Lodge to anyone, especially for dementia care. Thank you to the manager and team.
