Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're so pleased to hear you feel nothing is too much trouble, and that you're enjoying the variety of activities we offer. Creating a supportive, engaging environment where residents can feel truly at home is at the heart of what we do, and it's lovely to know this shines through in your experience.
Food is excellent, with fresh choices and homemade cakes. Activities, trips to pubs and garden centres, and community links all add meaning to Mum's days. As someone who's worked in care, I know outstanding care when I see it - and Willow Tree delivers it. With 30 beds, it's homely yet professional. Mum is safe, happy, and thriving - and visiting her lifts my spirits too.
