I cannot recommend this home enough. They provided a caring wonderful home for my mother for two years. The staff are fabulous and take time and are patient with all residents. The atmosphere is always calm and happy and the social areas and residents rooms are light and sunny.

A lovely, clean, friendly home with a fantastic team of carers. The home is well organised and has all the facilities needed to look after the elderly residents with and without dementia. We are very lucky to have found Willow Tree Lodge for our dear mum. Mum enjoys the entertainment and activities which are on a daily basis, our thanks to all the staff and carers.

A clean, modern home with all the facilities required to look after the elderly residents with and without dementia. Well staffed with warm and friendly carers who are welcoming to residents and visitors alike. Having visited many in the past this home comes out well on top. Well done to all. I hope there's a space for me when the time comes!

I knew Nan would be happy there from the moment we looked around it 4 years ago. Nothing old about it apart from the old people in it, which I knew would suit Nan. Always clean, fresh flowers and a cheery welcome. Loved & cared for by the staff who have felt, at times, like family too.
Unfortunately Nan passed away 9th March. I have nothing but complete respect and total appreciation for all the lovely staff who made her as comfortable as possible, just how Nan liked. While doing this they supported the whole of our family during this upsetting and tiring time. We were able to spend as much time as we liked with Nan and they ensured we were looked after too.
Thank you so much to all of you, the carers & the cooks too who always made just what she fancied and the house keeping staff who she loved to chat with!

I'm welling up writing this because as far as I'm concerned you're all angels in disguise. It's the care, compassion & commitment you show that makes it more than just a job!

My father in law enjoyed the banter and company of the staff at Willow Tree Lodge during his stay. He chose to remain in his room most of the time and staff were attentive to his needs. My husband and I as family were given support as well. The home staff were always welcoming and attentive to his needs and kept us fully informed of the situation.

Willow Tree Lodge provides a very high standard of care to all residents. Faced with a wide and variable range of needs, the staff respond to individuals in a manner appropriate to their ability understanding and personality. Visitors are always made welcome and management and all staff are professional, totally competent and unfailingly cheerful. It is a care home that genuinely care for all residents. We could not be happier or more reassured that mum is being extremely well looked after.

Dad lived at Willow Tree for four years. I am so glad that we found Willow Tree. I always felt that the management and all the staff really cared about my Dad and that they actually enjoyed spending time with him. There were always frequent activities, including lots of music, which Dad always loved. The home is always very clean and bright. It always felt like Dad's home and we were always warmly welcomed when visiting him. There was regular contact from the Team regarding Dad's care/ health etc. We, as a family, were given support as well as Dad - including meetings about Dad's care plan, wishes for end of life etc. Obviously, because Dad had Alzheimer's, his health was gradually declining during his time at WT. The Team responded brilliantly to Dad's changing needs. The Palliative care given at the end was amazing - both supporting Dad, and us as a family. We owe a huge debt of gratitude.

Thank you all...... you were amazing!

Willow Tree is a lovely care home. The staff are incredibly caring and respectful and take the time to get to know the residents and their relatives. My father was here for a number of years and during that time was happy and settled. The home is very clean and modern and the staff friendly and attentive. Dad enjoyed all the activities the home offered and the food! As relatives, we were always made to feel like it was his home and welcomed at any time. I would recommend without hesitation. Thank you!

I am extremely impressed with this care home. Our relative, in fact all residents are happy, alert and very well looked after. The infrastructure is always immaculate and constantly being maintained and improved. The staff are always attentive and friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I have supplied the care home with memorabilia, wall plates, pictures etc which have great significance to our relative and within a day these have been put up in his room, giving him much pleasure. The gardens are beautifully maintained and accessible for the benefit and enjoyment of residents. A mini bus is often booked to take the residents out for a few hours. I can find no fault with Willow Tree Lodge.

You've seen the other reviews so you know this care home is good. When my father died we had to find professional help for my mother - Alzheimer's and other medical issues. My Aunt and I visited 5 other care homes in the area and Willow Tree Lodge was just the most welcoming and lovely place to see. My mother has been there for a while now and she is the happiest I have seen her for years. Unfortunately she no longer recognises me as her son but it is so great to visit when we can (time and distance are a problem) to have tea and biscuits with a lovely lady in pleasant surroundings. I have considered moving her nearer to us but we would run the risk of seeing her more often in a much worse place. The management and staff are wonderful and worth every penny. My mum is in great hands, while the funds last. This is what I want when the dementia catches up with me as it most likely will.

Willow Tree Lodge has cared for my father-in-law since September 2015. Family members had looked at other care homes before choosing Willow Tree Lodge as the best.

The care he receives is excellent and tailored to his individual needs. He enjoys his meals and is stimulated by the activities provided for residents.

The management and staff of Willow Tree Lodge are skilled, competent and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble when caring for residents or dealing with family concerns.

Willow Tree Lodge provides high-quality care in an attractive environment.

My mother has very little mobility and needs help with all activities, washing, eating and transfers. Her mental state is extremely delicate, she suffers from hallucinations and voices. The staff show every care and attention to all my mothers needs. They are always very kind and caring, not just with the everyday care needs, but also comforting her and re-assuring her on a daily basis. I could not ask for better care for my mother, and I know that I can talk to any member of staff and management whenever required. It is a great comfort to me and my family to know that my mother is receiving the very best of care.

My Mum has been resident at Willow Tree Lodge for two years. The care and understanding she has been given throughout this time has been excellent. Apart from Dementia, Mum also has hearing and sight impairment and therefore has a high falls risk. Everything possible has been put in place to make sure that she stays safe at all times. All of the staff are very welcoming, thoughtful and kind. The home has a lovely happy atmosphere and although it took my mum a little while to settle in, it is wonderful to see how content she has become.

Since my mother arrived at Willow Tree Lodge the care, attention and support has and still is excellent. nothing is too much trouble and we are kept fully informed of events and mother's requirements. There have been a couple of occasions when I have not been able to attend an appointment and the staff have taken Mum for me. I cannot speak highly enough about them.
