Thank you Nicola, for taking the time to complete this review, it's lovely having your Dad with us now.
From the outset, family and visitors were impressed by the way in which all staff cared for my mother and treated every resident and visitor.
We have no reservations in recommending the purpose-built Willow Tree Lodge as an outstanding care home. Not only did the staff meet Mother's needs but they ensured that our family was well informed of her health and well-being while she was alive. Our Mother was fortunate to spend her final days at Willow Tree when unable to be cared for at home.
Thank you so much Carol for taking the time to post such a detailed review, it was a pleasure to have your Mum with us and to get to know her lovely family.

It was nice to visit mum at Willowtree as she was always clean and well presented and until the end was alert and with it, joining in with the activities. Thank you Stuart, for taking the time to write such a personal review. It was lovely to have your Mum with us and to get to know you all.
