My family have been extremely happy with the care my mum has received so far, she looks so well & has settled really well. The staff are excellent, always happy to chat & nothing is ever too much for them. We can't thank you enough for making this difficult time more bearable.

I've come to the home today, following the passing of my father only a few days earlier. Tutnall staff and the manager dealt with me with compassion, and therefore it has been easier to deal with things.
As always, I would recommend Tutnall as a place for your loved ones, when they or their carer
is no longer able to. Thank you, Tutnall, for making Dad's final years so comfortable and as happy as possible.

My aunt was treated with dignity in the last few days. She had been a resident for 5 years and in all that time we never had any worries about her care. Grosvenor House is always exceptionally clean, and nothing is too much trouble for either residents or family.

We placed dad into safeguarding with Grosvenor. Mum was exceptionally cared for 4 years ago. Its a hard decision many negative things get said in general about homes, they stick, leaving precious loved ones in care hard call. Grosvenor GET it they understand it isn't forced it feels natural nothing
is too much trouble they go the extra mile always 24/7. Nursing attention 100%, staff, chef, everyone gets it. Dad was poorly their GP called to explain & we spoke in person with nurse present when dad declined the emergency GP came the attention care received would not have happened outside this home. To place your loved one in care isnt a choice we specifically choose what I would specifically choose is Grosvenor 100% no doubt at all, caring trustworthy kind lovely attentive and professional thank you isn't good enough but huge thank you for your kindness and care given to dad thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts we would have been so lost without you we truly would xxx

Mom moved into Grosvenor House on 13/6/25. She was warmly welcomes by one staff member in particular and the team. Her care was exemplary. They treated her with care, love and respect. I whole heartedly recommend Grosvenor House to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one. Thank you to all

Wonderful caring staff, make the effort to get to know the residents. My father in law was here only a few days before he died but the care he (and the rest of the family) received from the staff was exemplary.

First impression was excellent. Welcoming, friendly, beautiful place. Events manager especially worth a mention, she knew exactly how to calm my dying father. Nothing was too much trouble, I found her so-reassuring. Lovely room and nursing staff so kind and gentle with dad, and his family.
