The weekly fee covers your care and accommodation including the supply and use of utilities, all meals, and snacks, together with limited insurance cover of £500 per individual for personal possessions. Residents are advised to arrange their own insurance for items which fall outside this cover. It does not include any other services, for example clothes, toiletries, newspapers, hairdressing or the cost of outings.

Friends and family are always welcome to visit Dell Field Court and it operates an ‘open door’ policy to encourage regular visits while also being mindful of residents’ requirements for private, quiet time.

Really friendly and supportive staff. Very professional. Gold star in care. Staff go up and beyond what is expected. Have well-planned entertainment and activities for residents. Food is delicious. All staff and management are all very helpful and friendly. The home is very welcoming and staff are very patient. My mum’s room is very homely and comfortable. Staff take extremely good care of my Mum. It is my 2nd home. Everyone is positive, polite and welcoming:).

I would just like to say that after visiting my Mother, I drove home feeling extremely happy and delighted at how she is being treated at Dell Field! After years of being at the home, my Mother who suffers from dementia is in a place where I can quite honestly say is "happy".

I would just like to say that after visiting my Mother, I drove home feeling extremely happy and delighted at how she is being treated at Dell Field! After years of being at the home, my Mother who suffers from dementia is in a place where I can quite honestly say is "happy".
One particular carer really takes care of the residents and has shown outstanding care towards all of them! For someone so young she has exceptional qualities that should be commended. I truly hope that she is told how good she is. Thank you also to all the management there!

This home does not cater for clients with learning disabilities as previously claimed when clients just arrived. No expertise to adapt to clients' needs or stimulus given. Personal care is random, dependent on which carer is on duty. Messages regarding care or clothing are often not passed on...
This home does not cater for clients with learning disabilities as previously claimed when clients just arrived. No expertise to adapt to clients' needs or stimulus given. Personal care is random, dependent on which carer is on duty. Messages regarding care or clothing are often not passed on causing problems. No offers of help with arranging/cancelling medical appointments, no initiative shown on some occasions. Lack of clients' needs passed on such as toiletries, clothing etc. Laundry, although labelled, going missing and other clients' clothing placed in the wrong room. Staff otherwise always polite and welcoming.

Whilst there are some details concerning my mother's care which could be improved (eg. no one seems to cut her nails and she is sometimes dressed inappropriately in winter clothes in the summer time). Overall, she is very well cared for and staff at the home are kind and patient.

Whilst there are some details concerning my mother's care which could be improved (eg. no one seems to cut her nails and she is sometimes dressed inappropriately in winter clothes in the summer time). Overall, she is very well cared for and staff at the home are kind and patient.
The care home is kept very clean, the food is good, a choice is given at meals times and some activities are put on (though I'd like to see more). My mother is physically disabled and has dementia. Staff respect her dignity and her needs are in the main, very well catered for.

Mum was in Dell Field Court for three weeks respite. Lovely room, very clean and good bathroom facilities. Carers were warm, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They treated mum really well whilst encouraging her to walk, join in with others and gain confidence after her stay in the hospital....
Mum was in Dell Field Court for three weeks respite. Lovely room, very clean and good bathroom facilities. Carers were warm, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. They treated mum really well whilst encouraging her to walk, join in with others and gain confidence after her stay in the hospital. Management, admin was very good and our requests were on the whole dealt with quickly and efficiently. The family liaison lady who instantly showed me around was incredibly helpful and sympathetic. I would definitely recommend Dell Field Court.

My name is Jayram Sauba, I am passionate about elderly care and ensuring that our residents receive the very best care and service available.
I work closely with my team to ensure that our residents feel supported and that our care is person-centred. It is important to me that each of our residents feel they are treated with respect and dignity.
I have worked at Dell Field Court since 2012, as a Team Leader and then was appointed as Home Manager in March 2022.
At Dell Field Court we provide Dementia Friendly Care, have a beautiful communal garden, En-Suite rooms, a strong resident community and CQC-rated Goods.
