When my grandma needed to go into a home she was very hesitant and nervous about it but all the staff were so welcoming. Even at the end, they were so incredibly caring and thoughtful. They are all angels!

My mom came to Roseacres in May 2021. Myself and my brother are pleased with the care that our mum receives here. Our mom seems to be happy and relaxed with the staff. The atmosphere here is friendly and caring, and our mum always looks nice when we visit.

In addition to that, we had a dependency level review of our residents and we also increased the level of staff working during the day, which was identified to be the busy period in the care home and significant changes were noted by the residents, relatives and staff. I hope this provides some reassurance to you but please do not hesitate to call in and speak to me directly at any time.

My journey in the care sector has been driven by a deep passion for enriching the lives of our elderly residents, creating a haven where they feel cherished and valued. My tenure as Deputy Manager allowed me to gain hands-on experience in understanding the intricate needs of our residents, their families, and our dedicated staff members.
