Thank you to all involved for giving my husband Peter a lovely couple of weeks. He was made to feel very at home and very individual and special. The place has a lovely atmosphere , plenty of activity going on with variety and humour. As visitors, our family was also made to feel most welcome - and we enjoyed our regular cups of tea with cookies and cakes.
My wife is extremely well looked after by delightful staff. Some aspects of her room could be better but the current refurbishment will probably improve when completed.
Lovely staff all very obliging and helpful. I have a very good opinion of this care home.
Well done again to all staff at Springview for marking another event with all their hearts......you're fantastic
Nearly all the staff are wonderful. The food could be better.
I feel that my father is safe and cared for at Springview. The staff are hard-working, friendly and very caring. They were very helpful when I was trying to get my father settled into the home. I am able to visit at any time of the day and find this reassuring. The food looks fantastic and the staff put on lots of entertainment for the residents and families. I am very pleased with Springview.

The staff were all very friendly and treated residents with respect and dignity and always gave choices.
I cannot praise this institution enough.
The care that I have received is exemplary.
I have been extremely happy here with no complaints.
I will strongly recommend Springview to anybody who needs care.

Just a big ‘thank you’ to our parents' carers who accompanied them to their Grandson's Wedding. Our parents became residents of Springview three days apart last August. Their carers (they know who they are) have been wonderful in helping them with this huge transition in their lives. Grateful daughters.
Thank you for your lovely review and for sharing your experience, which I will pass on to the staff that accompanied your parents.
Staff were very friendly and attentive.
The food was very good.
All in all, it was a perfect occasion, which my mother really enjoyed.
Full marks to the care staff and the catering staff too.
It was an absolute pleasure to have you.
We are pleased that you and your mother had a great time and hope to welcome you again soon.
We wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New 2024!
They're all lovely and check in on her often, she's bedbound now so apart from her visits they are the only company she has. Thank you guys.
He is happy and so are we. So again a big thank you to the whole team.
Thank you for your lovely review. Your kind comments will be passed on to the team at Springview.
Very pleasant atmosphere. Always welcomed by staff when visiting. Lovely patio area, but needs an update. Seating/chairs for residents and relatives very uncomfortable: hard steel, no cushions. Residents' rooms are comfortable, but lacking an armchair to relax when in room (rather than lying on the bed).
I will be coming to visit again soon.
Thank you for your review. I will share your feedback with our chef about the carrot cake and will try to make sure there is some more when you next visit.
My father is very happy at the care home. He has dementia and is happy sitting in the lounge in front of the patio doors, looking at the trees/flowers. He really enjoyed the Kings Coronation event and was very happy with the celebrations/music and food.
Thank you for your lovely review; we will share this feedback with the staff at Springview.
I spent a period of three weeks in Springview and was very impressed by the friendly care provided by all the staff. My room was comfortable, and the food was good. The staff were attentive and prepared to offer help in any way. I would have no hesitation in returning in the future.
Thank you for your lovely review. We are glad you were happy with your time with us. Your kind comments will be passed on to the team at Springview.
My mother-in-law has been a resident since 2016, firstly for respite, then permanently. We have nothing but praise for this wonderful care home. The staff are absolutely dedicated to their jobs and take "care" to the highest levels. The kindness shown by the staff in all their various roles is simply amazing. As relatives, we have always felt welcome and have appreciated the ease of communication between us and the home. Nothing is too much trouble. Springview provides a happy and safe environment with a variety of activities if you wish to participate. The food is high quality and beautifully presented, with plenty of choices to appease even the fussiest eater. We cannot recommend Springview highly enough; in fact, I am tempted to reserve a place for myself in the future!
Thank you for your lovely review. We are glad you are happy. Your kind comments will be passed on to the team at Springview.
My mother has been at Springview for three and a half years now. The care provided to her is second to none. She is comfortable in the Springview environment and is kept stimulated by the many activities on offer. It is most comforting for me to know that my mother is safe and secure, particularly as I live in South America and only get to see her twice a year on average. I can't praise the staff enough for their kindness and dedication.
Thank you so much for your kind review of Springview. We are delighted with how satisfied you are with our home and the exceptional level of care provided by our dedicated staff. Your wonderful feedback is truly invaluable to us. I will pass your comments on to all the team.
The care provided at this home is no item exemplary. Five stars are not sufficient. All the staff were extra caring and helpful; the accommodation was excellent, and the food and entertainment provided were splendid. A special mention to one lady whose help and enthusiasm could not be unpraised.
Thank you for your wonderful review of Springview. Your kind feedback is truly invaluable to us and will be passed on to all the staff at Springview.
My mother ended up in hospital for the day, fortunately, it was nothing. When I picked her up and brought her back she was exhausted and hadn't eaten all day. It was 9 pm and the night staff were people she did not know. They greeted her so warmly, found her some food and generally made her feel so welcome she perked up and smiled. This is just one example of how lovely the people are who work at the home. Everyone is charming, helpful and kind, my mother even started calling it the hotel!
Thank you for your wonderful review and for sharing your experience, which I will pass on to all the staff at Springview, your kind comments are much appreciated.

Grace has a wealth of experience in care, with over 10 years as a registered Home Manager and a degree in Healthcare Management. She is passionate about person-centred care and places great importance on empowering people to make decisions about their lives, their care, and their involvement in the routine and decision-making of the home. Her particular fascination is in caring for those with dementia, in order to rediscover residents’ hidden potential and give them back their sense of purpose.

“I was late joining the nursing profession and after a career in chemical manufacturing/processing, I decided to retrain as a registered nurse.
During my nurse training, I worked regular shifts as a care assistant in various care homes to both enhance my skills and support my family.
In 2008, I finally qualified as a registered nurse and worked on an acute medical ward, completed my preceptorship and built on my nursing skills and knowledge.
Although I enjoyed my time in a hospital ward, I missed the ‘community’ within a care home and decided to devote my career to supporting people who live in care homes, joining Springdene Group in 2014.
I am proud to work for Springdene Nursing and Care Homes, especially as staff, are committed to bringing joy and enrichment to residents' lives, and how each home has a unique identity and resident community.”
