My mum is receiving excellent personalised care. She is very happy. Can't thank the home enough for all that is done. She doesn't want to leave.

Although this is very different from the life my mum once had, I do feel that Spring Grove is the right place for her now. She is surrounded by staff who genuinely want her to be happy.

I am completely in awe of the wonderful team at Spring Grove. Jordan, the multitalented Business Administration Manager, is an absolute breath of fresh air at the front door, warmly welcoming staff, residents, and friends and family by name, always with a kind smile and a listening ear. The care and attention to detail throughout Spring Grove is truly inspiring. From Tyra caring for newly hatched chicks and encouraging residents and visitors to hold them, to the nursing team, including Oscar, Rose and Cristina, who work tirelessly to keep every resident safe, comfortable and well cared for, it is clear that everyone puts their heart into what they do. The beautiful artwork, packed timetable of activities and inspiring menu that encourages even visiting family to join for the occasional meal. My mother has settled in remarkably quickly and well, and now calls Spring Grove 'home', which is a testament to the continuous and kind care she has received. I recommend a visit!

We are immensely happy with the care.

Mum has been here since June 2026. Due to her dementia it has taken her some time to settle, however, everything has been helped by the staff who are wonderful. They couldn't be more attentive and kinder. We are very happy with her care. The food is lovely and the little touches like a sherry before dinner are appreciated. Considering it's in central London it is peaceful and the little enclosed garden with the water feature is very nice to sit out in. There is always something going on in terms of entertainment and nobody is left on their own, unless they prefer to be sitting quietly. The staff to resident ratio seems to be very high.

Spring lane was a very good experience for my mum and me.

Spring Lanes offered exactly what we needed as a family, at exactly the moment we needed. The transition from living at home to living in a home is never easy, but the staff and management at SL did everything they could to help us all with that process, and were open and honest about the challenges we would face. All the staff were friendly and caring, and delivered to the best of their ability at all times.

Thank you to all involved for giving my husband Peter a lovely couple of weeks. He was made to feel very at home and very individual and special. The place has a lovely atmosphere , plenty of activity going on with variety and humour. As visitors, our family was also made to feel most welcome - and we enjoyed our regular cups of tea with cookies and cakes.

The home is expensive but very good value for money.

Very happy to have been accepted in this care home. Husband is still settling in and every help is offered to have calm and kind help. Food is very good which he enjoys. Entertainment is good, quite a variety given. Carers and management are very helpful and kind. Good consideration to residents from all staff.

My husband settled quickly into Spring Lane. He enjoys the food. His room is clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and caring. They spend time talking to the patients and their family when my husband became unwell during the night they contacted relevant agencies, monitored him regularly and kept me informed. Visitors are welcome at anytime. There are plenty of activities and some of the entertainment is excellent.

We are incredibly appreciative and cannot thank the team enough for the exceptional support and care my late sister-in-law received at Spring Grove over the past 4.5 years. The team's dedication, kindness, and professionalism were evident every single day - they truly went above and beyond to ensure comfort and dignity. The peace of mind and quality of care made it worth every penny. It was truly a comfort to know Pat was so well looked after. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

My aunt was a resident at Spring Grove from 2021 until her death in March 26 and I visited her almost every week over that period. Without exception I found the Spring Grove team to be caring, patient, accommodating to each resident's needs and fundamentally my aunt was happy to be there. The facilities are good, very clean and always kept at a comfortable temperature. The home gets regular investment to maintain and improve the facilities. The team are very stable with many working there for years. This consistency and familiarity is of tremendous value. It enables bonds to form between the residents and the care team which in itself fosters a more friendly and caring environment.

Overall, I think Spring Lane is an excellent care home. The staff are friendly and caring and the management are professional and responsive. I would like there to be more continuity of personnel regarding the activities. There used to be one person doing most of it who my mother liked. Now there are many more different people some of whom are very good but better continuity would be preferable.

My wife is extremely well looked after by delightful staff. Some aspects of her room could be better but the current refurbishment will probably improve when completed.

Lovely staff all very obliging and helpful. I have a very good opinion of this care home.

I and my husband visited á very dear old friend many times. We felt such a homely atmosphere at the home. The staff were all very friendly to us and extrêmement kind, thoughtful, available and friendly to our friend and to everyone. The activities were very good and the patients usually enjoyed them. The food was good. We were even offered tea most of the time. All in all patients are very well taken care off. Thank you very much to the whole staff.

My mother has received wonderful care at Spring Lane since she arrived in 2014. This has always been tailored brilliantly to her needs as her dementia has progressed and her physical capabilities have decreased. The home is very well managed and the staff are knowledgeable, warm, friendly and responsive. The recent refurbishment was challenging at times, but has improved the quality of the environment. I always recommend Spring Lane to people in our area.
