Overall Experience

Charter House has been fantastic with my elderly father. They are very caring in their day to day work and always have a kind comment to say about him to visiting relatives. If there is ever a problem, for example, a fall, they are quick on the phone to keep me informed. I am very impressed that they have become very familiar with his traits and quirky humour. He is treated with dignity and as if he matters. I feel that he has gone from one member of a family to another family. They deal with him in a way that I could never imagine, coaxing and cajoling him but not in a patronising way. All of the staff are very friendly, from the manager and the receptionist to all of the carers and support staff.

Overall Experience

My mother was very happy with her stay at Charter House, she was made comfortable and treated with kindness and respect by the staff. Her room was spacious, homely and beautifully furnished with an en-suite bathroom. The food was enjoyable and always with a choice. She would have no reservations to book another stay.
