The White House staff supported during the last years of her life. The change of management had a huge positive impact on the level of customer service, and information received. Other key members of staff gave particular help to mum as an individual to address her needs and ours.

Visited several times recently. Impressed by the standard of care and compassion. Room bright, clean and comfortable. We have no knowledge of the fees so cannot comment on value for money.

My father has been there for nine months and has always been well looked after. We are pleased with all the staff but have seen a great improvement since the arrival of the manager.

I was concerned leaving my mother as it was the first time she had been left anywhere on her own, the management and staff put my concerns to rest. I feel my mother enjoyed her stay. When I collected my mother she looked very well, which I was so happy about.

I loved the party. The best song that I like is "That's Amore"!

My mother's bedroom is always very clean and tidy. We have never had an issue with cleanliness. Thank you.

I came to the home to an event they were having. It was really friendly and enjoyable, the staff were very helpful. The home has a great atmosphere and I would recommend it to others.

Staff excellent.

My mother-in-law was in care at the White House for nearly two years over that period, as a family we saw constant progress. No one likes to put family loved ones into care, but to have reassurance that staff do the job with a passion is a big comfort.

Since the new managers arrival there has been a noticeable improvement in the care of my mother. The meeting and greeting on arrival for visiting is much more welcoming and the offer of tea and biscuits and comfortable seating arrangements in a quiet area is much appreciated.

My mother moved into The White House two and a half years ago, just before her 82nd birthday. She has been very happy there and the staff have shown her a lot of love and kindness during that time. Her Parkinson's has now advanced so that she needs much more help from the carers, but the staff are doing their utmost to adapt to this new situation and are always happy to talk to me about current concerns and to answer questions during my frequent visits.

Most of staff very forthcoming with assisting my nan with care. All appear very friendly and approachable. My nan appears happy and content and express no concerns currently.

The White House was recommended to us by a friend and we haven't been disappointed. It has a lovely homely atmosphere and the staff are excellent. dad has settled well and feels safe and cared for. We can relax in the knowledge that dad is being looked after.
